Perfect for LBVs with the Strion
If you are the lucky few who get to wear load bearing vests (LBVs) at work/play, then this is what you want. It takes up two rows of my Molle panels and the holster installed is very secure. It allows for easily removing/replacing your flashlight while you work. I have the Strion HL and this fits perfectly. Its tight enough where it will easily keep the flashlight in place even when donning/storing my LBV. Great buy and I have finally found a Strion holster that will keep my flashlight in place without the fear of my flashlight or holster falling out. The holster is just long enough to where it covers the Strion adequately and I don't accidentally hit the tail-cap switch while wearing my LBV.Just for reference, this replaced several strion holsters before it including: safariland basketweave holster (flashlight was loose and kept falling out when I would take off my duty belt), Nite-Ize taco style stretch flashlight holster (I kept accidentally hitting the tail-cap switch turning on my flashlight), nextorch holster (when placed on a LBV the closing mechanism has issues opening and closing if you have other items next to it like mag holders), and some others off I can't think of.

Works Perfectly With Matching Streamlights
I found this by accident. I am glad I purchased it as it holds my 10-yr old Streamlight Strion LED HL* perfectly. The clip will accept standard thickness belts (no greater than 1/4") and up to 2-7/16" wide. That means leather duty belts, not some of the padded belts out there now. It's easy to use. It is not easy to place on or remove from your belt if you leave it buckled. I know it's secure now.

Does not fit the protac hl usb without modifications
The Description says it will fit the streamlight protac HL...it doesn't and wont fit the protac HL usb version without modification. After doing the modification it has great retention, and Is durable and solid. Amazon says it's a nylon construction...it isn't, it's a hard plastic simular to kydex. It fits a few of my other streamlights. Worth the current price. Depending on your light, it may need to be modified.

Works with Strion light
I paired this with a Streamlight Strion light. It's a little tight, but that's better than a little loose I guess. The only problem with the fit is sometimes when you try to pull the light out, the holster and the light both come off of my belt. I wish it had a better design at the bottom of the clip to hold it more securely. If you move it from belt to belt then you will probably prefer the holster the way it is, but if you plan to put it on a duty belt and leave it, then you may not. Anyway, you have to make sure that your duty belt is tight against your inner belt and that solves the issue. Other than that, it seems to be made of a nice sturdy plastic that should stand up to rigors of daily use in law enforcement. Like I said, the only weak point might be the clip.Update 05/31/2016:Just thought I would update this review after using the product daily since the initial review. First, after using this for a while it doesn't hold the light as tightly as it did when it was new (a good thing). It has fallen off my belt a handful of times when I was taking my belt off (as I guessed it would), but it has been rare. That being said, it didn't break, and it looks good as new. The clip has also held up better than I thought it would. So far, so good. I like it, and I think it's better than the other options out there.Update 04-07-2019:This is still hanging in there and working as it should. It's all scratched up now, but it's not showing any signs of giving up anytime soon.

Fits Streamlight Strion great, BUT I wish there was a better attachment point.
Fit on the flashlight is great. I do not like how it attaches. This flashlight holder has came off and went flying through the air a few times, during a scuffle. I wish it had a secure slide on a duty belt attachment. I may try super gluing or using a plastic welder to make it a slide on accessory instead of a clip on. I tried to add photos, but it didn't work.

Durable
Very tough holder. Light fits perfect and won't slide out. A+
