AHC Natural Perfection Double Shield Sun Stick 22g SPF50+ PA++++

I would use sunscreen more often if it were not in a scented spray or in some “cream” formulation that never seems to get absorbed. As I get older, I find I burn more easily so I hunted around, and found this. Wow! This is a stick that has essentially no perfume or other scent, and the surface is curved and broad enough to swipe over the nape of the neck, ear, face nose and lips quickly before a round of golf. I keep it in my golf bag, and it has not melted, leaked or anything else bad. More importantly, it works very well. No more sunburned neck, nose or ears!

This is the BEST makeup primer I've ever used. No, I'm not reviewing the wrong product, I know this is a SUNSCREEN. But the way it applied so evenly on my skin, it left me poreless!! My cushion foundation sticks to it like a burr, it doesn't move, it doesn't crease, it doesn't oxidate and it didn't break me out (like most sunscreens). This sunscreen doesn't feel heavy, even after all the skin care and make up, it's easy to reapply and the conveniently compact packaging makes it perfect for on-the-go. For the price it's well worth a try.A WORD OF CAUTION:This sunscreen doesn't have a white cast but it does gives you that Tone up/Whitening effect, so if you have a medium/deep/dark complexion you may not like this sunscreen. Other than that, excellent product!

I really enjoyed this sunscreen stick as a brown skin black women. It’s also great if you do winter sports like ski or snowboard to keep I. Your pocket and reapply.It left no white cast and was very easy to use. My only complaint is it can be flaky so you have to check your face after to make sure it’s fully rubbed in which I haven’t done with others of this style. It rubs in easy but normally with stick formulas like this there is no rubbing the product in. Which is great for people with sensitive skin that skin get irritated by friction.Not q bad product would use again. Just didn’t realize it was flaking till I had speckles on my face in all my ski photos.

I luv how it glides on my skin and is contoured to go with the facial, neck and décolletage structures. I love the lightness on my skin , not sticky or oily or cake-y at all. It doesn’t burn my eyes. It’s invisible, however dark I get. On me, it feels and looks like a matte foundation that I get compliments on all the time. A sun protection that is worth my money, my time.

wonderful, dry finish that doesn't make me dread re-application. It doesn't feel waxy or sticky.I haven't gotten a single sunburn after being outside in UV 13+ for 4 days in a row.I also use it on my hands since it doesn't feel *gross* like most sunscreens do.as a wonderful bonus, it did not melt or deform at all even though it was in my pocket cooking away as I got hit with sun. My lip balm sunscreen definitely melted in the same conditions. I still wouldn't leave it sitting in full sun or a hot car, of course, but I am not going to worry as much about it now.I am prone to breaking out with sunscreens on my face, but even though it goes on a little heavy, it doesn't clog as much as I thought it would. I've gotten a couple zits when I forgot to wash it off, but I will absolutely tolerate that for the other benefits.

The product is nice it has a gentle herbal smell and is not greasy at all, help minimize pore and soften the face. However, I have fairly sensitive skin and my face got very irritated by the product I got a lot of red patches and some swelling on my face my acne also got worse for some reason. So if you are very sensitive to new skincare I recommend sticking to mineral sunscreens.

I have tried various face sunsticks including the highly popular Shidedo brand face sunstick ( around $30) and after using the AHC Natural Perfection Double Shield Sun Stick SPF50+ PA++++ for the last year, I can confidently say that it works better! There is no greasy residue, it goes on sheer. One sunstick usually lasts me 6 months, if used frequently, and I use it on my face and neck. Very very light scent and the design is nice and glides over your face with ease.There are a few different varieties of the AHC sunstick, and I found this one to be the best. The actual sunstick is a solid piece in the container- no plastic to push it up, so you get your money's worth.I recommend this product! It is a great price! Small compact size, perfect to keep in your purse, and great for travel.
