Rubbish!
This is a compete rip off!The cooling design basically cannot and does not work, as it relies on water dripping through a paper filter/cooler which has air blowing through it.But the holes to allow the water to drip onto the filter are too small for water so the water does not go via this path, it just flows across to a bi-pass hose - so is never cooled.Furthermore the paper filter/cooler which is only glued in place with hotmelt glue, would fall to pieces if it ever did get wet.The only good part is the cooling sheet, which seems well made.I modified this to use a 120mm PC water cooling radiator so it actually works.So basically this is a rubbish product which could never work as designed!
