I've had this for almost 2 years now and it's still going strong. I use it on my desk chair at work. I've had lower back pain for almost 20 years. The support on this is a good thickness and it hasn't sagged or deflated. My only complaint is that the strap to add it to your chair isn't really long. If you have sort of an oversize desk chair, it's really going to struggle to snap on. But other than that, I really like it.

This is a good back support pillow. I ordered this specifically wanting and hoping to use it in a recliner -- but thinking perhaps I wouldn't be able to because of the chair size, and then would relegate it to my car. But -- I was wrong. I do use it with my recliner. It's not perfect -- but it's awfully doggone close, considering that recliners are big, I can't really use the straps and I do prefer to adjust it differently each night. Within 2 nights, I could feel the difference in my back, and now I am not reluctant to relax in my recliner. My back doesn't hurt, either while sitting in it or afterwards. This VillSure memory foam cushion gave me the support I sought.

I bought this because the chairs at work are horrible. I expected that this support would improve my sitting posture. Unfortunately, the mushroom-shaped back of my chair makes it impossible for me to anchor the lumbar pillow to the chair, and I spend a lot of time during the day adjusting the support. The straps slip and the pillow falls. If there was a different (or maybe additional) strapping system, I might be able to use the pillow effectively.

Since I sit a lot, my lower back would hurt. Even with the "lumbar" support on my chair, it wasn't enough. With this pad, no more back pain. Goes around my chair with no issues. If I want to change my chair, I can as the strap on this is fully adjustable. It did take me awhile to get used to because there is a middle part that comes out to help support your spine. After awhile, I don't even notice. Can be easily adjusted and moved to where I want it. Once I adjust it to my height, I just tighten the strap and it stays on my chair with no issues. When it was delivered, it was vacuumed pack so I did have to leave it out for 2 full days. Once it was back to the shape it needs to be, I started using it and continue to.

Having just opened the package, I was disappointed in the fact, the cushion appeared to have more height and substance in the Amazon ad. Having tried the cushion, it did provide noticeable support. However, my concern is how long will the support exist, given it's quite thin. I would have liked to have the cushion go up further in the chair to provide greater back stability and support. Time will tell how durable and effective this cushion will be.

I only tried this back support on two different chairs and it pains me to know how disappointed I am how I can’t change the height of the back support to match my arch and comfort. Unfortunately the support is much smaller than what the picture shows and the small strap is not strong enough to hold the thing in place I have to stuff the bottom of the support with a sweater and that’s just more annoying. Over all I like the concept but it’s just wasn’t for me.

I’m a rideshare driver that suffers from lower back pain and have to sit for long periods when driving. The cushion reduced my pain by about 2/3’s which is great.Unfortunately the strap that holds the cushion in place snapped within the first 6 days of using.UPDATE:Company sent a new cushion very quickly after my initial review and a few emails back and forth. I am very pleased with the customer service and that they bent over backwards to make this right...added 2 more stars.

So! I was a little disappointed by its small size when this came out of the box, from the pictures I expected it to cover more real estate. HOWEVER! After trying it out and learning where to place it correctly, I don't judge it by its size anymore! This had made an incredible difference to my driving comfort.I was surprised that the inflation process truly had no associated smells! I let it come to shape in my car, but that seemed to be an unnecessary precaution.My only criticism, which is not enough to dock a star, is that it could use another strap to keep it where it needs to be. So I just wiggle it around a little every time I sit down, nbd. Especially considering the price, I am utterly satisfied with its performance.Protip: Place the lower cushion just ABOVE your pelvis, in the lumbar curve. This will help your back achieve its natural shape.Hooray for driving in comfort!
