Works like a fire nozzel

It's very low flow. Washing a truck takes more time due to the meager output.
It's very well made, fits in the hand well and works as it should. But for some reason I did not realize that the unit is a very low flow nozzle. When the stream is adjusted to it's longest shooting distance, the stream is a tiny 1/8 inch diameter. I have 80-90 PSI water pressure and even with all that pressure, the flow rate is so low, it takes forever to fill a wash bucket. Again, it's very well made so I'm not sending it back. But as a wash down nozzle, it's inadequate.

Nice, but had moderate drip leak past stem-body seal
I'm being charitable with a 4-star rating; 3-stars feels more appropriate due to the leak as delivered. However the construction materials and hot water rating make this a niche sprayer which I'm thankful exists and isn't even more expensive (2022 October, shipped for $22+tax, continental US, 3rd party seller & shipper). A service kit is apparently available ("ATNSK V US"), which is nice and may help this compete on long-term value. Of course, the kit has to be available when you need it and not priced outrageously relative to a new sprayer... time will tell (though from the looks of it, a handy person might be able to independently source or retrofit sealing material that's close enough). The handle travel is shorter than I'm used to, but it has a pretty nice variable spray pattern, including a rather nice jet. The seal at the garden hose threads appears taller than typical. If you ever need to replace it, or your fitting bottoms out on the body, you may need to stack 2 of the typical flat hose gaskets. As for the leak, it seemed to be caused by a slight out-of-roundness on the stem at its mold seams. I was able to trim some material in that region very carefully with a very sharp razor blade, and the leak nearly disappeared (hopefully incidental flushing of the sealing surfaces and long exposure to hot pressurized water will further help). The tag on my sprayer said copyright 2017, so if it hasn't already happened, hopefully someone at Watts will tell the New Zealanders making it to improve the stem manufacturing a bit (machined stainless steel would work, wink wink (half-kidding, because I probably wouldn't want to pay for it ;))Regardless of your purchase decision, if you appreciate this review, please understand that the number of helpful clicks it gets is the only way a reviewer can decide whether it was worthwhile to spend time writing it.

Very cheaply made.
Extremely cheaply made, does not even work well. You have to adjust it every time you use it . Worth maybe $5 at most. I dont think it would last one year with minimal use. Plastic parts will fail soon. Looks to me like the housing is great but the adjustment and mechanism will not last at all.

Ok
Worked ok but didn't last long in a daily work environment

Would give no stars if I could.
It doesn’t work well. The piece that should keep the water flowing even if you aren’t holding it, doesn’t work at all. Sent it back.

ABSOLUTE JUNK
Because it is entirely make of plastic the threads immediately stripped out. It never sprayed as stated.

Difficult to adjust the spray
The only way to adjust the spray is by squeezing the trigger more or less. I love the pressure it puts out though.
