Okay, mounting required sewing on additional velcro
I got this for a bike trip so that I didn't have to carry food and equipment in a back pack. When I got it, I threw it on and thought it was good. It attaches via some velcro strips and rectangle rings. You set it on the rack, run the straps under the rack to the other side, through the rectangle ring and use the velcro on the strap to secure it. The problem is that there's about 3 inches less of the hook portion of the velcro that is missing. The strap is designed for either a really wide rack or a really thick rack. Either way, there's not enough hook portion. There's about 4 inches of velcro and the hook and other side are right next to eachother towards the end of the strap. So if your rack isn't super wide, you end up with about 1/2 inch of hook that your other side sticks to. I had to go and buy extra velcro and hand sew it onto the strap so that there was a secure mount. After that, it got attached. On the bike trip the bag performed well. There were a couple of times that I had to use the expanding portion of the top. That was nice. I could have put a ton more in it, but then I'd have to ride with all of it.For the price, it's only OK considering I had to modify it to get it to securely attach.

Won’t work on narrow rack over the tire.
Super disappointed in this product. As a bag... it is awesome. Great quality and cool features. For a bike... not so good. I have a normal bike luggage rack. It will not securely fasten to the rack. The straps are way too long and the bag collapses. I even cut a hard bottom to fit in it. Still doesn’t strap securely. Heart broken. Unless you have a luggage rack that is at least 6” wide... do not buy this bag. Sorry.Update... as you can see in the pic... I fabricate a plate to make my rack wider. It is now 5” waive and the straps are still to long to make the bag tight. I think I will have to poke holes in the bag and make my own straps 😢😢😢

Poorly Designed, Poorly Executed
While this product looks good on paper, it fails in many respects.1) The bag flat out doesn’t work as designed. Even with the weight centered and the bag secured as tight as possible, the bag still slipped off my bike and tumbled into the road multiple times. I had to add a wide stabilizing plate between the bag and my bike rack to have any hope of using the bag. Even then, it still tipped to one side.2) lack of attention to detail in manufacturing-The securing straps do not line up with their buckles and are too long for a standard bike rack.-The water bottle holder is too small to hold anything when the bag is full.-Many of the pieces of the bag were fraying when it arrived and continued to deteriorate over the short time that I used the bag.

Great trunk bag, could use better straps...
Like the bag but I'm gonna have to do something about the velcro that's peeling off the straps and the rear strap is coming off the bag already so that's gonna have to be sewn back on. Gonna do it myself rather than send it back and get another with the same problem. Other than that it's a good little trunk bag, exactly what I was looking for.Update- after a week the rear tie down strap ripped completely off the bag just from riding movement. Had to tie the bag on through the shoulder strap (which I'll never use anyways) hoop. Debating on whether it's worth it to return it or not.

Straps not appropriate for thick bar racks (e.g. Rad)
The straps on the back of the bag are barely long enough to go around a broom handle or a finger ... which is about the size of the rear rack on a RAD bike. The straps are awkward for the RAD bike rack. Too short to go fully around, too short to latch on the inside bars. Overall, poorly designed for the RAD rear bike rack. I wish the pictures on Amazon had listed the lengths of the straps and shown a picture ... It might have saved me some time. It is also MUCH Smaller than it appears in the pictures.

Good bag for price
It’s a great bag with lots of storage. Wish the straps were better for strapping it onto the back of bike. Can’t strap it tight due to running out of Velcro. Also one of the side pockets zipper fell off and I can’t get it back on. It’s a good bag overall though for the price.

Works just fine, quality is standard
This works just fine, the quality is ok/ standard. I would not put anything heavy in the side pouches when they are opened up. I think they will rip it very easily. But for the price they are more than expected.

Great design! even come with rain cover!
The size just right for me, love the well organized design, and extend pockets. It also give you a strap, so you can take it with you when you need.

Attachment to rat trap is very weak
On the surface, this bag has lots of features, which is why I bought it however, while lots of thought has been put into the design of the features, the most important feature, namely how it attaches to the bike is poorly designed. There is not enough Velcro up the strap to allow secure attachment to the carrier. (see image 1) The bag was easily dislodged with a weak tug. Additionally, it arrived with a broken zipper, (see image 2). I will be returning it. A better option would be to select a bag with side straps rather than bottom straps (see image 3). Side straps also allow easier attachment to the bike. It can be a bit awkward reaching between the fender and the bottom of the rat rat trap to attach the straps. While a bit more expensive, I will be replacing this bag with one of those.

Nice Style, well stitched.
I like that the bag is well thought out and constructed. The only con I can give it the the velcro straps did not fit the 7" width of my bike rack. My heavy duty U lock fits flat on the bottom of the bag with the 7'cable that came with the lock. With room for a tool kit with mini pump. The sellers web site has an excellent video of these bags. I've used some light braided rope with awesome rope tighteners to hold the closed bag firmly to my rack when closed and when the panniers are opened I use the same rope and rope tighteners to hold the top bag down from corner to corner so they won't interfere with the pannier function and still hold the bag firmly to the rack. The bags come equipped with an attached rain cover that has its own pocket at the bottom of the top bag. I bought two of these bags for both of our bikes and for the style, quality and price overall I am a very happy customer and highly recommend you consider these pannier bags.

Dont know why I dint buy this before
My better half bougt a new bike and I thought this would be an ideal accessory. I have a similar product on my bike. It is very easy to install, and water resistant. Great for carrying all the extras that you would, ie. a towel and extra food for longer rides. Capacity 10 regular sized beers. Then you have the side panels that drop down like a traditional pannier. If you are recreational cyclist, you need this. If you wanted to, you bring 6 beers, sandwiches sunscreen while out for the day. Ideal.

Squishy - Rips
I bought this for my bike back in August 2019. The top part of the bag is okay - as long as you don't use the panniers. I honestly can't think of many things I like about the bag itself so I'll talk about the issues I have with it:- It's squishy, there isn't any hard lining anywhere in the bag which is an issue when you are using the panniers- The Panniers can pretty much hold a small box of cereal (not those family size ones) and that's about it.. but if you use it, be prepare for the whole top bag to pretty much crumble under the weight and squish anything that you put in it- The straps that the bag comes with to secure it to the bike are flimsy, they broke around ride #5? I didn't have much in the top part of the bag, but I was using the pannier to store a U-lock and a box of cereal. The bag swung off when I was turning and the pannier got caught under the tire and bye-bye bag.Honestly I was hoping to really enjoy the bag, but that wasn't the case.

Attaching it to your bike rack may require some modifications
I have been using this for a few weeks now. Zippers are solid, quality looks good and I think I'll end up using this one for a while. The only downside are the straps used to attach it to the rear wheel bike rack are too long for my setup. The Velcro straps are adjustable, but not enough for me to make the bag a snug fit onto my rack. I guess the width of my rack is narrower than most. The fix that I'm currently using is two bungie cords going over the bag. The problem with that "fix" is that I can't use the expanding side panier packs (although, I haven't yet been pressed to use them for my rides). I'm also not sure how solid the rear cup older will be as I haven't tried using that feature yet. If I continue to use this one long term and find ways to make everything work, I'll update this post.
