Quite a bit less expensive than some alternatives. It works well for us as we're running a 200' air hose from the pump to the pond. Makes a lot of bubbles.

Installation went flawlessly. Very quiet motor, puts out a ton of volume. Only been in water 4 days. Since it puts out so much can a splitter be attached to install maybe another diffuser? Very satisfied so far

It operates as advertised. We are running it off solar, it works exactly like the ads said it would. Now, we wait to see if it helps with the overgrowth of algae along with the water plants, snails, crawdads and grass carps of course.

I replaced a 1/2hp pump with this 1hp pump to aerate a 1 acre pond. The pump runs quite and puts out enough pressure for 3 diffusers heads. These type of pumps can get extremely hot so I run mine at night for (2) three hour cycles with a 2 hour gap between the runs in a well ventilated pump house. So far no problems.

I have purchased two aerators from this sight. One of the pumps failed 4 months before the warranty period expired. I sent it to them and they made up an excuse not to fix it. They said I tampered with the capacitor but I never touched it. It was shipped back to them the same way I received it. Completely dishonest so they wouldn't have to cover the warranty. Be careful when dealing with this company.

Easy to put together. Pump is quiet and pushes plenty of air. Model i ordered comes with enough ports of 3 aerators. First shipment was damaged and had missing equipment. There customer service was excellent and sent a replacement asap.

Edit: this pump motor failed after a year. I contacted the seller and started down the run-around replacement path but it didn’t seem like anyone cared about troubleshooting the actual issue-they wanted me to send pictures and they outlasted my willingness to screw around with a week in between unhelpful emails. I’ll keep trying to find a solution elsewhere.Original review….I bought this pump to replace a previous compressor pump that we had been using for about three years to aerate our pond. The prior pump worked well but I found that I needed to rebuild it about every 12 months. Before I could rebuild it the last time, it failed and I don’t know enough about motors to try and fix it so I just replaced it. What I didn’t expect is how much more powerful and, most importantly, how much quieter this pump would be. I have the pump in an enclosure on the backside of our pond. The prior pump was definitely audible anywhere in the vicinity of the pond. This pump is so quiet that you have to be fairly close to the enclosure to even hear it. It seems to be doing a great job and I will update this review as time goes on but I am thrilled so far at the two month mark.
