(Updated at the end...)I love the design of the device. It's impossible to put the battery pack in backwards are there are contacts on each side. Multiple charging ports and a built in cable make it easy to use as well. However the built in cable is a bit clunky to remove.I charged 2 batteries overnight and was surprised when they were not full the next day. I moved to the high speed port on my hub and they charged a lot faster. But when i swapped them out later that day they were extremely hot. I put in the other two packs and it seemed to be ok, even 6 hours later. But this morning the temperature of the batteries was 140 degrees and the pack was 147.I contacted support via Amazon and am getting a replacement unit. I'll update this review upon arrival and usage.(Update)Replacement unit arrived. This one was plugged in the same as the other and I'm happy to report that it has not gotten too hot to handle. I'm updating to 4 stars. I'd go with 5, but the replacement is slightly different. The batteries look the same, but the charger only has green and red lights instead of the percentage LED which I liked better.Thank you Amazon for responding quickly to my request.

A very cost friendly and easy to use product..Fits right in the battery compartment no problem.. build quality isnt bad, I did have to adjust the battery contacts on the charger however (needed to be extended a hair to make good contact, quick 2 sec fix)..It said it would take 6-7 hours to charge, but the light is green in about 2 hours, ready to use..I get 3 1/2 days of use per a battery..Which is a slightly above what I got with my oem Microsoft batteries..I use a Elite Controller with lower energy settings (power light dim/ Vibration 20%) so that helps tremendously with battery life..So far my only annoying gripe has been the fact you cant charge the batteries in the controller..I have to get use to opening the battery compartment every 3 days..No problem to me a big one to some..You can still play with the USB in, just not charge the battery..Overall it delivers tremendously..I'm just glad, my controller isnt quitting in the middle of a online game sometimes from the other rechargeable..A problem I've had for months..Solved by these beast..Trust me it will pay for its self in a couple months..

Good quality feel has some weight to it. Usually means its a well made product. Will update if we have troubles. Really nice that it comes with 4 packs too. I did test it & it truly is a 2550 mah. Ive bought probably 4 or 5 cheaper products that were various mah packs that NVR held up & had to charge EVERY night. This came with two packs wrapped & already inserted in the charger which allowed for smaller box i guess but one pack was about 90% charged which got my son onto fortnite quickly which he def appreciated. He was experiencing withdraw symptoms lol. I will update in a month or two, but so far i can rec this product. Also it passed the plastic smell test lol (flossy carter)

Short answer:This thing heats up to the point I'm positive it will start a fire tested it on a nice cool 60 degree night. Would return it if I could.Long answer:This thing gets so hot it will catch itself and other things on fire especially during this heat. I used this item in the complete cool of 60 degree temp day jus to make sure it wasnt the heat wave messing the item up and it still heated up like it was trying to start a camp fire.Wish I hadn't bought this item during a heat wave or I'd have been able to test it out sooner to see if it worked properly or not. But atleast I can warn others. Too bad its past return date.Beboncool or Beeboncool has a similarly priced product that has worked amazingly but only comes with 3 batteries we have lots of gamers in the house so we will buy a second one of those since we know it works perfectly.

Excellent pack. I have two xbox one consoles in my house, and two main controllers. This four pack was perfect for me as I can have a charged pack, and one in waiting at all times for both my controllers.These batteries last forever. I'm a pretty heavy gamer, when I game I do it for usually 6 hours pretty much uninterrupted. And these batteries last through that with no problem.In fact I had my first round with these last for about 3 days of solid 6 hour gaming a day, vibration set at full, no power saving methods used.They charge insanely fast and last forever, definitely worth it.Not to mention being 2550Mah, they are much better than most other packs that barely even have 1000Mah cells.I love that the charger has pretty much every way you can think of to charge it as well.I would buy again for sure.

Overall the replacement/rechargeable battery market has a lot of poor choices. This gets the job done but the overall quality is poor. The digital display randomly displays different levels of charge (even when there is not battery pack in it) leading you to have to constantly unplug it to reset everything. The batteries are difficult to remove from the charger and it would have been great if they beveled the sides down or included a string you could pull on to snap them out. Overall it will save on having to replace all the AA batteries my kids are going through but they could have put a little more thought into the design.

I got these batteries when I had a wired headset. I made the mistake of buying cheaper rechargeable batteries originally that were lower capacity. Using the cheaper, lower capacity batteries, alongside with a headset made my controller die rather quickly. These batteries solved that problem.Pros:High capacityGood for use with wired headsetsCharge quicklyCons:The charger doesn't auto shut off. If you leave them in the charter overnight they are hot to the touch in the morning. This is a charger issue and not a battery issue...but it is still an inconvenience as I am accustomed to putting my batteries on the charger overnight to be ready to use the next day.
