My shrimps love this! Now that I have little babies in my tank, I feel confident they are getting nourishment fron this powder. Mixes easily in a cup with a lid so you can shake it up.

Shrimp just love this stuff. Also will increase baby shrimp survival rate. Be careful how much you put in the tank. Watch a few videos before to avoid overfeeding

I have 12 Oto's in my 55 gallon tank and as they are wild caught fish with a high mortality rate I asked for advice from various groups I'm a member of on what I should feed them. Overwhelming response was to get Bacter AE so I did. I've been using it for about three weeks now and all of my Oto's are fat and happy. I've only lost one and that was before this arrived. My snails and Cory's seem to like it too. Everyone has come out of hiding. I highly recommend. Oh and it is not odorless once added to water. Be careful how much you use too! .

I've been using this for awhile and it has helped not only keeping my shrimp healthy, but also my otos.

BacterAE is good! I had a really hard time with neocaridina shrimp in my community tank because they wouldn’t eat supplemental food and are very sensitive in general. This food was my lifeline that kept them alive for months (I did miss feeding for 5 days and they did die). Unfortunately, I did have an algae bloom and notice hundreds of detritus worms while using BacterAE. Now that I’m not using it, they are gone and algae is low. It’s possible that I was overfeeding which caused the worms. I recommend that you learn exactly how to use this product before use if you don’t want detritus worms.

I'm looking forward to seeing if this convinces my shrimp there's enough food to breed! I read a lot of reviews for this product, and I figured out an easy way to get the product to move around the tank without clumping at all. I fill a shot glass with tank water, and add just a bit of the powder, then wait until it sinks in the glass. I stir it up with a pipette and use the pipette to squirt the pre-wetted powder into the areas I want it the most. The places I see the most vulnerable shrimp tend to hide in. It still moves all around the tank, but there's no clumping or filming issues that some people have reported. All in all, I'm very pleased! If there's anything else to report, I'll update this review.

My shrimps go crazy for this. Only uses a little, dont use the measuring spoon that it came wirh.

It’s not cheap but it’s very good - have seen a marked increase in energy since starting this. Shrimps responding to the good stuff!

Seit wir es in einem 20l Aquarium benutzen, sind die Garnelen deutlich vitaler. Ich denke, dass es sehr förderlich für die kleinen Bewohner ist. Meiner Meinung nach, sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent for shrimp breeders

Ich habe meine Neocaridinia vorher ohne zusätzliche Mikroorganismen gehalten. Jetzt mit der regelmäßigen Zugabe des Mittels, brauche ich weniger Futter und die Garnelen sind gesund.
