Pukka Organic Tea Bags, Tulsi Clarity, Herbal Holy Basil Tea, 20 Count (Pack of 3)

Mild aroma ,taking a cup an hour before bed has helped with my sleep so that is beyond benificial.

So I ordered this tea, honestly, because I needed to get something delivered quickly, and I needed to bulk up the order to make that happen. I’m an occasional tea drinker, so I figured I’d eventually get around to using this; plus, it’s different from any other tea I already have in my arsenal.What a pleasant surprise!! I love this tea!! It’s tasty, has no bitterness and seems delightfully effective in the claims made regarding its ability to help clarify and focus. I am a bit leery of “active” teas due to potential unintended effects and unannounced ingredients. This one does absolutely nothing except provide me with a lovely hot or iced tea that lets me go about my day, and somehow I just feel a little better after drinking it.The leaves are fragrant and high quality, and the sachets are individually wrapped in (recyclable) paper to maintain peak freshness. I went through the first box in a week or two because I started making a double batch first thing in the mornings. Sometimes I mix it with a little sparkling water and berries. This tulsi tea and my “good” matcha are now my two favorites.I hope you enjoy it much as I have.

First of all, I enjoy the pink packets it comes in. Secondly, with a tiny bit of honey, it tastes so good. Definitely can feel that it helps me feel more focused than when I don't take it. And most of all, I love that it's an herbal, non caffeinated. :-) Thank you.

I feel it's making me more tired. I looked up info on this . It shouldn't be taken if you are hypothyroid because it deceases thyroxine. To me, that does not give clarity if you are tired

I'm so glad I found this Tulsi tea from Pukka. There is everything to like about this product: it's organic, it's packaged responsibly, and the tea is fresh and delicious. It's priced competitively for the quality. There are so many health benefits to drinking Tulsi tea. The first one I noticed is that I simply feel good after a cup of Tulsi. I have a subtle calm and contentment come over me. Not sleepy at all, just.....nice. I will always keep this on hand. Highly recommended.

I love this herb! It is also known as holy basil, because in India it is grown in practically every yard and used as a medicine. That’s right! Take a quick search to discover its usefulness in lowering blood pressure, blood sugar, and inflammation. Or look in to its known properties of antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and antiseptic. Can it kill staph? Hmm, good question! Also, it is a yummy mood enhancement that tastes like the Garden of Eden.I have this one on auto delivery, and I love to share with others. Bonus: Use the spent teabag as a poultice on skin conditions…hot spots, bags under eyes, etc…

Really noticeable effect when i drink it. If I'm in a meh mood, it will make me see the bright side of things and as a consequence my energy improves and i want to do things.
