Wife's review - Having some recent hair loss, fine hair but full. Hard water with a softener treatment system new to us. Spoke to stylist during recent cut and she used "scalp cleansing" shampoo. Gently massage into scalp & through all your hair. Felt great but heavy on condition side made it flat. They also didn't sell the product at her salon - commercial beauty supply. Checked here and looked close over a few products.Saw this after reading all prior products scrolling. Bingo! I have fine hair. Stylist said only use scalp cleansing shampoo with exfoliant 1 time a week. When I initially opened it smells so good. Light floral not sweet overload heavy scent. She instructed small dab about size of nickel to start. It was actually all I needed due to the water softener & suds up well. Worked through scalp & all through my hair. The sugar exfoliating pieces are slightly larger than the product she used ( fine ground) but these exfoliating sugar pieces do a great job. Using styling products the soft water wasn't getting all the root lift, hair spray out of scalp or hair. I was amazed it was shiny the first use. Truly works great. Keeps scalp and hair clean,fresh feeling & free from product buildup and frees follicles being clogged from occasionally using multiple hair products keeping skin cells from washing away ( yucky) . This "scalp cleansing" shampoo truly works wonders. Love using it and just letting it air dry. Feels great. Shiny. One time a week. Life saver. Even 2-3 days after using it when regular shampoo, styling products, hair dryer & set spray my scalp feels great and my hair stays shiny. Buy it.

I am so pleasantly surprised by this shampoo scrub.After research and reading reviews, I decided to give NatureLabs Tokyo shampoo/scrub a go.It arrived this morning.First impression is that it smells wonderful (original). Not heavy or sweet, just subtle and light. I am sensitive to scents and this gave me no problems.I was not expecting much when I opened the container and scooped out a bit. I was pretty certain it wasn't going to do anything. Happily, I was wrong.The little bit I scooped out lathered well and was very gentle. Despite scrubbing, my hair did not tangle (my fine strands tangle easily). The product rinsed easily.I let my hair air dry. It didn't get itchy. It didn't produce dry flakes, and the psoriasis patch on my scalp isn't angry.As if the efficacy wasn't enough, my hair looks amazing. It is shiny, full (remember, I air dry), and my loose waves are well defined.This stuff is just amazing. I can't recall the last time I was this happy with a hair product.

Love this scalp scrub! It exfoliates gently, lathers well, and leaves my scalp feeling super clean without drying out my hair. My hair looks shinier and stays fresh longer between washes. Smells amazing too! Definitely a new staple in my routine.

Smells lovely, cleans well. I thought there would be more granules . I use a hand held scalp scrubber to do an effective job. I would buy again. I can’t get enough of the scent!

This 2-in-1 scalp scrub does a great job of lifting flakes right out of your scalp, my head feels super clean and refreshed every time I use it. It really helps loosen buildup and makes your scalp feel brand new.BUT — you definitely need to follow up with a separate clarifying shampoo and rinse thoroughly. If you don’t, all those loosened flakes can end up clinging to the mid lengths of your hair, which is not the look anyone’s going for.Overall, it works well — just pair it with a good clarifying shampoo to get that truly clean, flake-free finish.

SMELLS SOOOOO GOOOODD I wish they made it just shampoo! My mom and I love it! Makes a lot of foam- To scrub the scalp and exfoliate! Feels amazing! So just scoop a little bit because it foams up LOL! (We use it once a week)
