These files are not good quality at all. This is my third time using this file and the grit is already coming off. After the first use, i noticed that the file’s grit was nearly completely worn down and practically smooth again. I would recommend that everyone stay away from these files unless you want ‘single use’ glass files

I've ordered another brand of glass nail file before and it was such a smooth nail file and works so great, but these are rough. Don't waste your money if you want a quality nail file. I'm really disappointed because I ordered a package of several to give to friends. Thank goodness I tried one before giving them away. Because now I don't plan to because the quality is so poor.

First off, the nail file isn’t even glass, it’s a normal emery board with this sand paper-like texture and it’s very rough. One of the six even came broken. The second nail file I showed in the picture is an ACTUAL glass nail file I had for 4 years now and the quality is absolutely amazing. It’s from Malva Belle for anyone curious. That is what I would call a glass nail file. If you had to rub it against a piece of fabric it would run smooth, meanwhile these nail files get caught on the fabric. Absolute garbage quality. Just invest in a good (real) glass nail file, it’ll only cost you an extra few bucks.

These files seem like they have the grit glued to them, instead of texturing the file glass itself. I used one file for about a month and there are tears in the grit. I’m guessing the rest won’t last too long either.

My daughter bought me a nice glass nail file and it was so smooth and works so well. I decided to get some more and this was a nice deal to have one for my purse, one for my desk, one for my suitcase, etc. But when I got them I was very disappointed at how rough they were. I ended up returning them because they just don't work. Not all glass files are equal!

Product arrived damaged, half of the nails files, but I can’t send back , because I throw out one .

I actually ended up ordering these twice because the first shipment I got of them had 4 out of the 6 broken. When I finally got the set that was intact, I was excited. I wanted to have files all over, my office, my craft room, my purse, but I quickly learned that these files didn't exactly act as I would have like. The grit is far too rough. My nails become jagged and it takes much longer than it should to get my nails smoothed out. The intent was to quickly address rough spots in my nails, but it's not so quick, it takes much more effort. I was hoping for a good deal since these six cost about the same amount as one single glass file I had purchased previously. Now I know why. That file works beautifully, these are a disappointment. I still use them since that's what I have, but I likely will look at replacing them with something better even if it costs more.

These glass nail files work much better than metal or cardboard files. They don’t leave sharp edges and are not over aggressive. From past experience I have found them to be fragile. Don’t drop or step on them. Therefore the four stars on longevity. The metal case makes them more portable. They do keep their usefulness for a very long time.
