The only small hiccup I encountered was that I had to go on their website to find out which rugs are the thickest vs thinnest. It would be great if the company provided this information upfront. Great Quality Rug!! Missing item
I rated this a 3 because I was missing an item product showed it was supposed to come with a rug and kufi. Only received the rug which is soft and great quality just wish I had received what I paid for.
