I'm happy with it. You MUST use it every other day and you won't see results until after 1 year if you have hair. I think if you have very little hair you will see results sooner since it is easier to see the fine hairs growing. With newly thinning hair it is hard to see the little hairs through the hair you have. At first you may lose some hair - this is a natural process.My dermatologist recommended this. She also said that new hair growth was like baby fine hair. Then later it will thicken up.One note of importance, if your hair had stopped growing 3 years ago, it will not grow back. You cannot be bald for a number of years and expect your hair to grow back. A hair follicle gone for 3 years or more will not come back. But a hair follicle gone under 3 years seems to be fine. If you start when you see you are loosing hair, your chances of getting it back are good. If you start when your hair is getting finer, this should work to thicken it up. Also, if you don't keep it up, you will go back to losing the hair. This is a life commitment. If you miss a few weeks because of vacation or traveling, it is okay, if your hair is coming back. The bottom line is: if you are home, do it every other day forever.The helmet has a nice timer, has several differ patterns of lights for various hair-loss types, is easy to use.

Great product that uses an incredible technology. I did my research and found out that this company was one of the original patent holders, so of course they would have a reliable product for me! It get's the job done.

To be continued: I just bought this and am giving it three stars for now because the directions are incorrect or dated. The directions tell us to use this twice a week at whatever setting desired. I'm not bald so I chose the lighter setting. However, since I had read here (THANK YOU AMAZON FOR REVIEWERS!) that someone said to use it every other day, I called IGrow to ask about the proper use.The customer service rep told me that the directions are old and that we MUST use this every other day at the maximum setting for 6 months to get the results they received in their studies.So, $400 for a product and you can't update your directions??? That's ridiculous.In the meantime, buyer beware and call the company to ask about the proper use.Trying to return this thing. It never did anything at all and is a pain to use., I didn't see ANY results. Just called and left a message. WILL they get back? I'll let you know,

After purchasing the iGrow system right here on amazon, I have used the product without lapse for 7 straight months now, about 3 times a week. I took a picture of my head before starting and took one today...unfortunately there is no difference :/ Which means it didn't get worse either, but I was hoping for at least some coverage. I am also using a special thickening shampoo and a DHT blocker, so the fact that my hair isn't worse cannot be directly attributable to the iGrow system. It is very easy to use but it's pricey (also disappointed I am now seeing it for $100 less, I paid $595) and it also makes my head sore towards the end of each session (from the rubber suctions inside the device).

I purchased this in 2017 -- I use it like three times a week -- I do see hair growth - I had an autoimmune where my hair was falling out -- there is hair coming back but a very fine texture. About a month ago it stopped working - called Amazon and they wouldn't do anything but give me $20 credit -- not much after spending over $400 -- so I called the manufacturer -- I have to say I was impressed -- talked with Johnathan - he said he would do whatever he could to get mine working again -- needless to say within a weeks time -- I sent it back with them paying the shipping fees and they mailed it back working -- that's what I call customer satisfaction -- I wont purchase another high price item on Amazon. Once again Thanks Johnathan for all your support -- I will continue to use my Igrow even it it doesn't grow more hair at least it will keep what I have .

Well, I have to say, its been four days now and I know I'm not imagining it; the fistful clumps of hair falling out have stopped. I had some emotional changes a month and a half ago, and my hair began falling out in clumps. It began thinning all over; no exposed scalp but just a lot less hair in general. I know these cycles eventually stop, but this was getting stressful; I had nice long hair and now just strands of hair hanging. I wanted something that would stop more hair from falling out. I used this more than recommended. 25 min the first day, and 20 minutes the second and third days. Today I just used it for 13 minutes until my scalp got all tingly from the device. I can feel it working stimulating the follicles. I think this might be the miracle I was looking for just to save the rest of my hair from falling out so fast. It doesn't grow hair crazy fast like the biotin in Rainbow Light Prenatal 1, but that is okay with me because I have processed hair and don't want fast grow out because I want to wait in between salon visits. I just wanted the hair that I had to stay in. Excited!!!

This product takes 6 months to see results but so far very easy to use. I have used only 1 month now.
