iBall Musi Play A1 Wireless Ultra-Portable Bluetooth Speakers with FM | Micro SD Card Slot & Built-in Mic (Yellow)

It is tiny in size, but is incredible in performance! There are just four buttons, and all of them provide different functionality on short press and long press. You have to carefully read the included instructions to understand the functionality of the buttons. It is difficult to operate for old people because of that. Even my middle aged mother finds it a little daunting to operate. Many times I operate it for her. Apart from this little design peculiarity, it is a pretty good (also pretty and good!) speaker. There is FM radio receiver built in, and it sounds pretty good. The sound output is very good for its size. I haven't tried the micro SD card playback yet; Bluetooth playback works very well. One little flaw I noticed is that if I try to play FM while charging it, the playback quality deteriorates too much. That problem is not present in Bluetooth playback.I purchased this speaker for my mother, since she likes to listen to FM; however it is so good, I many times end up using it for myself. I have big music systems, and I never thought that I would like to listen to music on such a tiny device. But the thing is, there is a different kind of happiness in listening to music on such devices. The sound that these devices produce is very less compared to big systems, and that is why the sound that they produce is much less intrusive than loud music. You can set these devices on playback and go about doing your work, while these devices play in the background. You can't do that with big devices playing out music loud. In that case, you have to sit and only listen to music.Anyways, enough of my rant. To summarize: this is an incredible little speaker. It has some minor flaws, but overall it is great.

This was more than expected.The sound is loud and clear (no distortion).It's handy and cute.FM reception is clear.Around 3 hrs battery life.Colors are vibrant though they tend to get dirty coz of the rubberized material used.Touch feels confident and smooth.Anyone living in city and want something handy to listen FM at the affordable price - go nowhere else, just buy it.Edit (7th Sep 2020) : A year on this speaker is still going on great. Yup a bit discolored, battery works for 2.5 hrs on 90% Volume, FM reception is still good, Charging point is solid yet ( no signs of wear and tear). For 499/- nothing could come closer am pretty sure. Might need a new battery if iBall provides it in reasonable price.Special mention about iBall after sales service - I had a cabinet with SMPS of iBall, the SMPS went dead just a month over the warranty period (perhaps after 5 long yrs). I went to their service center (Jaipur, Raj) not knowing the fact that the warranty on product is over. There I met someone who took it to check the warranty and came back telling that its out of warranty. I asked him if it could be repaired, he said never mind and gave me a new SMPS. I think that's crazy awesome. Its 4-5 yrs now and I still have that age old PC working just fine.Review not paid by iBall, neither am any employee of iBall. But iBall is Indian Brand so please consider that.

In 500 bucks for 3 watt speaker, it's a great deal untill you check the battery life.On 80% volume the speaker can run only 20-25 minutes max.The volume level is high enough if there is no fan noise and you are sitting in a quiet room.The option of charging while playing is available but it's not what BT speakers are for.You will only hear buzz sound during FM Mode.SD card works good.The sound quality is actually fair till 90%. After that it distorts a little but.The fit and finish of the speaker is premium.I am returning it due to battery life.Other speakers don't have the option of SD Card play in this price range.Connects flawlessly with Laptops and Phones and the range is actually fantastic.Consider it only if you want to use it occasionally and rarely. Rest, iBall provides 1 Yr warrenty on this Product.

The build quality of this speaker is quite good for the price. It’s totally made up of plastic. This is a very small speaker but still feels a little bit heavy though. It's 2.5 inches in width and 2.25 inches in height. It has a micro USB slot for charging and an sd card slot with a led light between. When charging led light will turn red and it’ll stop when it’s fully charged. Here’re the buttons. The first and 3rd buttons are for track change or to control volume. 2nd is for play/pause the music and the last one is on/off switch. At the bottom, it has rubber padding so it won’t slide off the desk easily.This speaker produces very good sound considering its size. It provides a little bit of bass but don’t expect too much. There’s not much but just a little bit distortion at full volume It's good enough for a small room. I also used this for calling purpose and it works very well. Sounds on both sides are clear without any distortion. The battery life of this speaker is also very good as it gives you up to 5 hrs of playback at full volume and it’ll take up to 2 hrs to fully charge. the speaker and you can use it while charging.So if you guys want to buy a tiny portable speaker which you can easily carry anywhere without any hassle and have good enough sound you can go for this one.

Sound quality is good but the bass level is not so good. It's a value of money product so the bass is not good enough.I don't like the start and power off sound if it get on/off by a single beep then it could be better then this.Bluetooth connectivity is quite good it have a little deviation while connecting to the Bluetooth. after few second (2-3) the music start run in the speaker.Over all it is good product.
