Please understand that this product is very time consuming!
Okay so to start off I started using this product with the intention of making a mold of 2 inch ear gauges for resin crafting. And I must say I really disliked this product for this. This stuff is not only messy and smells SO strongly of ammonia, its also very time consuming. Would not recommend using this without the proper safety equipment (gloves, eye protection, and particulate mask). I was in the midst of trying this stuff for the first time. I did my research and followed directions. Making a decent mold took quite a few tries and even after SO many coats the best mold is still really flimsy. I tried about three other times to make a strong enough mold. I even used talcum powder and heating gun to speed up the process like many videos on the application of this stuff suggests and even though it did strengthen the mold the mold was still very thin and took a better part of my day. Overall the end product was a thin mold that warped too easily to put resin in. This is obviously a material you need to be very practiced at to get the kind of mold you want. If you have the time and patience you may experience better results with this but this did not work for me. Of all the mold builders I have tried this has been my least favorite. This took way too much of my time than it was worth. I think for now I will be sticking to Silicone Mold Making Liquid Rubber. It is easier overall to use, does not take as much time, cures stronger. Better fit for me personally.

Worked perfectly, very happy!
This worked perfectly for my project. The latex was brushed over my clay sculpt one layer at a time every hour. I placed a fan and a light over it to help speed up drying. I applied 13 layers and let that sit for approximately 32 hours. It peeled right off the sculpt and looked great. I set it in a bowl of flour for support and poured in my resin mix and 15 minutes later had a perfect plastic replica of my sculpt. The latex mold held up for 3 more pours before it was unusable due to tearing. The sculpt was highly detailed and the mold worked perfectly. It takes time and patience, but it works. I'm new at this stuff and was highly skeptical, not anymore.

Nice product, nice price
Great latex, at a very competitive price. For mold making, it's a little thicker than rival products (I'm thinking Amaco), so base layers need a bit more care, but it makes for good, substantial molds capturing super fine details. So far, so good!

Good stuff
I've used this brand prior for making gotten and fx prosthetics. It was exactly as I expected.I like it because it builds fast and strong. It is as flexible as any other latex and makes acceptable bald caps compared to baloon rubber. It's harder to use than slush though due to it's thickness when applying directly to the skin. I usually mix it was the slush in those cases to speed it up.CAUTION ON THE FACE and on sensitive skin. This is higher in ammonia content than slush

Great product to work with.
This is really easy to work with. It makes great molds, it doesn't stain and it peels right off any surfaces it wasn't intended to get on. Including your hands. I'm a fan.You can make numerous molds with this one jar making it a cost effective way to make molds. More so than silicone.

The amount of product you get for the price
Great product. Great price. I have used this latex for years mainly for FX, art etc. i have made some small molds with it before too. It requires many layers to do (30-40). And only small items or it never dries. But if you do any type of art using latex, this is far superior then others offered

Wonderful product for watercolor art
I use this in all of my water based art. It’s kinda my trick to doing wash backgrounds. Way easier to work with than the really tacky masking fluid.
