These bands are great quality, effective, and affordable. I’ve had them for quite some time now and they’ve held up great.Black - heavy resistanceGray - light resistanceI use the black for lower body workouts (squats, lunges, glute exercises, etc). The gray isn’t challenging enough for leg workouts for me but would be good for upper body workouts or those who are new to a fitness routine.I’m 5’2”, athletic pear shaped with thick thighs and haven’t had any issues with bunching or rolling. Can also double up bands with no issues.They don’t collect musty odors and roll up small so they’re easy to carry around. The interior has silicone fibers to keep the band snug in place (always wear pants/leggings with them - using on bare skin could cause irritation).I highly recommend these bands!

These are great quality and I’ve noticed a ton of improvement in my booty gains since using them. The only downside is that the light is too light for me — though I think that’s more of a personal strength barrier than a quality issue. For a beginner I do think the light would be challenging.I love that these come in a little bag that’s easy to throw in my gym bag so my bands stay together, and these are super good abo not slipping — I use them for squats, hip thrusts, glute bridges, lunges, etc and they are fantastic!That extra resistance really activates the glutes and improves my workout intensity!

I got the grey and black bands a couple of weeks ago. I’ve only used the Grey Band twice and haven’t used the Black Band at all. If you’re looking for bands that have a lot of resistance these are for you! I like the material and the fact that they don’t slide or fall down. I wanted bands that had some resistance but not that much lol. Still I would recommend them for people that want a lot of resistance.

I bought these to workout my legs and thighs during work. I sit at a desk all day long so I figured this would be great. I loved them. They’re tight enough to where you can feel the workout actually working. The thickness and quality of the band makes a huge difference. They don’t slide off your skin or clothes. So worth the purchase.

This band are awesome! Exactly what I need for training - same diameter - different resistance. Don't buy 3 band with different length and /or different resistance - they are useless! This ones are the best! Very good quality, non slip. Why spesnd $40 or more when this band do same or even better job. No complaints at all

These are easy to use. They have lasted a few months so far with no sign of wear, and come in a handy bag so I don’t need to keep them corralled. They’re great in the gym or even when playing beat saber for some extra leg engagement. Will likely buy some for friends and family.

Beast bands literally so strong! Can’t wait to use them. I tried them out and soooo challenging! Quality is great and price is super cheap

These are great quality bands for the price. I'm so glad I spent a little more and got these compared to those plastic bands because they're so much more durable and don't move around constantly like the plastic bands do. I'm sure they'll last much longer too with the thick material they're made out of. Grade A in my book.
