TAM WARE Women Classic Slim Fit Tank Bodycon Mini Tee Dress

I bought this dress for a Halloween costume and I wasn't sure what to expect, as I have never purchased from Tom's Ware before. Overall I was impressed with the fit and quality.+ Great material - not too thick or thin, don't necessarily have to wear a slip underneath+ Fits well in thighs and around legs - not too tight or revealing, which is a problem I was having with similar dresses in other brands+ Vibrant color - matches what I expected from the online picture+ Shipped quickly - I was originally told I wouldn't get it for a week but it came in about 2 days- Doesn't fit as well in straps - was a bit large in chest and in straps. I ended up sewing the straps tighter for a better fit. An easy solution and now fits better!If I were to purchase another, I might consider going down a size... but then I would worry about the skirt being too tight. But, I definitely loved the fabric and color. A really nice, simple dress I could dress up or down (if I wasn't turning it into a Halloween costume, haha!)

I ordered a Small and it fit (per usual with Tom's Ware) on my size 2---5'5 slender frame but it goes just a couple of inches past my thighs and my 34DD you can see from the moon! I felt like a street walker from head to toe...(LOL). It is the length or lack of it that I personally do not feel comfortable in. It is my fault, however, b/c I have a knack in not reading descriptions thoroughly sometimes! And I did not read that this is a mini tank dress. Therefore, I think it's only fair to give it a 5 STAR b/c the quality of the material especially for a simple mini-tank dress is worth that rating b/c it thick and well made . If this is just what you are looking for, then you will not be disappointed! But I'd rather pass this along to my 20 yo niece whom is 5'3 and slender with cute curves and I know she will rock it! I still stand behind Tom's Ware and I love everything else I've ever ordered from them nonetheless!

Ok Im saying somewhat large because it was a lot longer than i wanted but Im only 5'2". I weigh about 106 and have a large bust and I ordered the small, which is my normal size. It fit really well except for the length. Im used to getting things shortened all the time, but not on an inexpensive item like this. the alteration might have been more than the dress cost! But its a good fabric -- clingy in the right way without looking cheap or too see though. It is definitely more of a daytime pool party dress to me, but maybe thats because I got it in white. Perhaps the dark colors would be fine for a dinner. When I see "body con" in the description I always assume it is that sort of bandage material which is incredible snug like an elastic on steroids. This dress is not that at all. Its a somewhat thicker version of a tank top dress with no lining. If you are taller than me or if you like a more knee length dress this will be fine especially for the money. Its a good easily packed summer staple for casual outings.

This is a very simply and flattering dress, it's comfortable, it has stretch and most importantly I look amazing in it. I can dress up or dress down, one of my best purchases!!

Dress fits great/not sheer/and comfortable… only problem is the dress is pretty short. I am 5’5 so I cannot imagine many girls taller would be comfortable wearing it

So, the only reason I gave this dress 3 stars is because of what I was able to do with it to make it actually fit me. I'm not sure who made the sizing decisions or what body type this was for because...as it was, it fit hideously. Waaaaay to large in the back shoulders and bust and waist (by 2+ inches), but almost too tight in the hips (yes, I consulted the size chart before ordering). I ordered a size up based on other reviews and because it's a bodycon and wanted to allow some wiggle room.I bought this for a "Spock" costume and had to completely reconstruct it. In fact I cut it in half, had the skirt fall at my waist and added panels to the skirt to make it a more A-Line skirt. Darts in the chest and center back.Here's a photo. Much happier this way. But hey maybe it will fit you as is!

The quality is very good, the dress is nice and thick. Great value for the price. I purchased both a Lg and XL as I was unsure what would fit. I'm about 5'2", about 150 lbs but had a baby 7 months ago so the majority of my weight is in my belly. The Lg was very formfitting. I just didn't feel comfortable in it as I looked pregnant. I could probably get away the Lg if I wore Spanx underneath but I'd just be uncomfortable all night long. The XL was very large in the bust, the neckline feel so low I would have to wear a tank top underneath to cover my chest, and it just wouldn't look right. The XL was also still a bit snug around my midsection. I'm unfortunately going to return both as they just won't work for me. Maybe when I lose this baby belly I'll try it again.

I am a size xl so I ordered the l/xl and delivery time was good.After it arrived, I tried it on and it does fit, technically. It was not strangling the life out of me and I could move in it, however... I have to say that if you are a size xl like me, do yourself a favor and go up a size. Especially if you are getting the light colors because this thing will show EVERY bump and roll you have. I am lucky that I only got it to go under another dress I ordered. There is no way I would wear this with nothing over it.

Ho comprato questo vestito perché è interamente in cotone, cosa per me fondamentale dal momento che sono allergica ai sintetici. A mio gusto la spallina sarebbe bella anche più larga, ma non posso dire nulla in quanto rispecchia esattamente quanto proposto in foto.Io ho seguito il consiglio di un'altra recensione, che consigliava di prenderlo di una taglia un po' più comoda: così ho fatto, io ho una 42 e ho preso una M. La misura è perfetta, aderente ma senza strizzare. Per chi portasse una 42 più tendente alla 40, consiglio sicuramente la S. Bene la spedizione, arrivata nei tempi previsti.

Bel tessuto, cucito bene, il nero ha un colore molto pieno, la zip sale e scende bene. Veste un po' largo.
