Won’t work
Got this for my in-laws since they live in another state to send pictures of the grandkids. It won’t ever connect to even begin to share photos. Don’t buy

Waste of money, don't buy it!
What a piece of garbage this frame! It didn't work right out of the box. The screen stuck on the first page connecting to WiFi, and the remote control couldn't be turned on. Replacing the battery and changing the poles wouldn't help. A cheap design made in China. The customer/technical support is non-existent. When I went to a website looking for help, I found their company's service page is not even hosted on their main internet domain - it's pointed to some IP address, site with most of the page content in Chinese. Stay away from this seller!

Nice Look, Good Picture, Fragile Screen, Bad Software UI
The frame is attractive with a nice faux miter bevel and the screen looks sharp. It does not have a light sensor/auto brightness, but the brightness is adjustable. My unit has a screen flaw that if touched even lightly generates overlapping circles of lower brightness and ghosting from the prior image, but this fades away over time if the unit is left on. I'm keeping it and just hoping that if left alone it won't recur.Despite answers from the seller the unit DOES have a gravity/auto rotate sensor and there is a setting to turn this on or off. (15.6 inch model W02X)To dismiss the the popup keyboard to move from a text box to a dialog button (such as to finish setting the WiFi password) you have to move the cursor to the blue return button on screen AND THEN press the return button on the remote. Pressing OK on the remote with the blue button selected or pressing return on the remote without the blue button selected will cancel the entry/activity and force you to start over. I suspect this is part of why the seller emails every buyer offering assistance. The FTP interface to move photos to the frame works, but requires a username of "anonymous" and a non-blank password (any non-blank password). This is a common pattern, but is not documented in any instructions. It also disconnects after every transfer. With WinSCP this means you have to press "reconnect" after every file, but WinSCP will then send the next file (there may be a setting to automatically retry/reconnect).The unit can be told to rotate images, but if you do it will take a small portion of the screen size. So it is best to rotate your images before uploading to the frame. Many quirks, but looks sharp and the 15.6 inch size is great for the price.I'd give it a lower score, but I've never seen polished software and good build quality in any digital frame (without paying 'full price' for a computer display and compute power).

15.6 digital picture frame is awesome!!!🥰👍🏻
I love my digital picture frame. It does everything I need it to. At first it was a little confusing on how to do everything but once I figured it out it was smooth sailing. A lot of it is taking the time to read the manual and figure out how to do things. If you don’t it is operator error. Loading to the SD card/thumb drive is the hardest part of all of it. But like I said once you figure it out it is worth it. I bought it for my moms memorial. But will continue to use it after and upload other pictures of family after.

Not good after a year
I bought this in August of 2019. One year and it just stopped working.

Good picture quality and nice features
This replaced a older frame that went dead; definitely an upgrade. The picture quality is very good. The ability to add pictures from my iPhone wirelessly is a very convenient feature.

Not quite there - work out the product kinks and stability
Some of the “features” like SD Cards and motion detection don’t seem to work. Maybe in a future release. My big issue is the device locks up like a old Fiat transmission. Had it for about a month and sometimes it works for 10 seconds, sometimes for a few hours. But then it will just lock up. The Auto On/Off feature sometimes works as well, sometimes not. Maybe I got a bad one. Screen is nice, when they have the kinks worked out it could be a nice device. Has been sitting on release 1.0.5 - thinking there needs to be some updates here. Support is non-existent - I’m a technical person and can usually manage my way through technical issues, but no online help (including documentation) to be found - and no support phone number. Amazon couldn’t get in contact with them either.
