Well not quite. But.....My anxiety has really ramped up over the past months. I've had the prescription drugs in the past. With some I'm a zombie and not at all with it. So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I tried 350g Theanine from another supplier and it wasn't for me. Too high a strength. Then came across this one and thought I'd give it a try. Am I glad I did. Stops the head chatter about 10 minutes after taking. And if your anxiety wakes you up in the middle of the night (Best time for catatastrophizing) one of these sorts me out. Long may it last.

Great. I'm not sure if it's as effective as some brands, but that's honestly probably just my body being used to taking PQQ. I would buy it again if it's still the cheapest the next time I order.
