I bought this to use when cycling and when running. It has proved to be excellent for both. It has a bigger capacity than I envisaged as well as hidden pockets and waterproof pockets. I have worn it when riding my bike and also when running. It is very comfortable; the straps keep it secure and stop it from moving about too much. The only negative thing I can say is that it has a rather silly, plastic whistle on one of the straps, which makes a little squeaky noise. I am really glad I bought it and will continue to get a lot of use out of it.

This bag is just big enough of you roll your clothes up. I use this for cycling and will look to use it on my next skiing trip.

First of all it is a beautifully designed bag and made from premium grade materials - down to the stitching, the zippers and the closing mechanisms.This is a pretty roomy backpack that I take with me my daily rides.In the main compartment I have: a hefty D-lock and cable, a smaller cable lock, bike pump, spare light, tools, tubes and a waterproof jacket.The side pockets keep my wallet, keys, snacks and gloves.I could probably get more stuff in.The straps are wide and make the weight bearing very easy.With what I've got packed, the bag is a comfortable weight on my shoulders and once on the bike I hardly notice it.A waist strap and a chest strap keep the bag secure to your body and prevent the bag swinging as you go round corners.

I bought this rucksack to use when I go cycling. It is really light and compact and benefits from a number of zipped compartments for storing keys, wallet, spare inner tubes and water.There is a zipped compartment on the inner side of the backpack which is great for storing your valuables and restricting any opportune thieves.There are two small zipped pockets on the strapped which are great for small items and for accessibility.The strap that goes across your chest has a whistle should you ever need it.All in all a great product for the price.
