I'm a regular boxing fan. I like MMA too.

Has anyone experienced a clicking motor noise caused by PWM ?

It is because you have it hooked up to a 3 pin source. PWM, 4 pin fans, run at 12 volts all the time. The fourth cable is what controls the speed. 3 pin fans use variable voltage to control RPMs. You need to use a 4 pin source or run it at full speed, 12 volts, or you will always have clicking.

can i used this fan to my corsair h110i that have factory fan

I have 4 of the 120mm fans in my h100i, I cannot imagine why the 140mm fans would not work in the h110i, you just have to use the screws corsair provided you. I will say though that you will be very surprised by just how quite these fans are while providing the same cooling performance as the stock Corsair fans.

Would like to get 2 intake front fans. Would like to know which would be better for airflow these or NF-A14 FLX. Thanks!

They are essentially the same fan the NF-A14 PWM and the NF-A14 FLX. The difference is that the PWM can be controlled by software on your system through your motherboards resources. Most modern motherboards have the 4 pin connector and support. The NF-A14 FLX is controlled by adapters that are included in the kit. There are usually 3 adapters. They controller the air flow on the FLX model. I have used both and I usually prefer the PWM model because I can set thresholds in my system when temps get hot and can cool my system down faster automatically.
