Heidi Klum Women's Push Up Pads, Clear, One Size

I originally purchased this product after a breast augmentation revision surgery because the surgeon recommended that I give my breasts additional support in both traditional and sport bras. Some surgeons will incorrectly state that pocket encasement (the surgically designed area in which the implant is seated) will take a matter of a few months. Wrong! It takes approximately a year and even after that, whether you’ve got enhanced or naturally large breasts, you want to give them the best support possible. It’s been 2.5 years since my revision surgery and I still use these very natural looking inserts to give my breasts extra support, especially in a sports bra. Also, I think they would work well with naturally small breasts by creating the appearance of a fuller bust. I have recommended these inserts to friends who have had either augmentation or reduction and always hear positive feedback from them. I do recommend wrapping the inserts in a soft Puffs or Kleenex tissue because the insert material can adhere to the skin, especially when sweating, and cause sore-like abrasions. Be gentle with the delicate skin composing your breasts.

I had breast surgery leaving my right breast smaller that the left. I also needed to apply compression to the right side for 6 weeks. My surgeon suggested I purchase the Heidi Klum push up pads to put inside the right side of my bra. Works great and because they are gel they stay put. Really works well!!

These are not discreet and can only be worn under clothing that has coverage. I bought them to augment my bust under full cup lingerie, and as a b cup I didn't realize that these would cover so much of the breast. They are visible in every bra I own and move around inside the cups. If your just looking to even out your shape under clothes, sure, but don't bother with it in anything intimate or revealing.

I put these into my swimsuit that didn't have much padding, and it worked!
