After I received this chair and opened up the box, it needed to be put together. The instructions that came with it was just pictures of the sequence of how to put the chair together. They give you all the screws and an allen wrench. Sometimes it's hard to use this particular allen wrench. It's better is you have a screw driver kind of allen wrench or an allen wrench with a handle on it. Putting it together is easy. Anyone should be able to construct it. The chair is pretty good for ones back, not the greatest, but acceptable. The comfort also is pretty good. I like the fact that you can adjust the chair easily to rock back and forth or stay stationary. Also I like that the arm rests and be placed horizontally or vertically(in upright position). The height on the chair can also be adjusted with the rod. It seems so far to hold the height that one adjusts it too. The chair can turn 360 degrees and move in any direction with the 5 castor wheels which works very well. The chair has a high back with a neck rest on it. So you can tilt the chair back and rest your neck on the neck rest.The quality seems to be good especially for the price of $55. So far I'm pretty happy with this purchase. If you're looking for a chair for a reasonable price, I would recommend this. I don't know the weight or height limitations for anyone sitting on it, but it works out for me.

I don't know what metrics they have used, but if you are 6' or taller this chair is not for you.So called headrest will be at your shoulder height and push your shoulder forward resulting in slouching posture. There is some kind of plastic "support" I guess at the kidneys height built into the back of the chair that will cause you pain after 10 minutes of sitting in the chair. Chair is cheap enough that I will not bother with the return, as it seems to be convoluted process for this item. I bought many chairs online and this one convinced me to never do that again without checking how will it fit me by trying it out in some retail store first.

I read some taller reviewers had issue with the headrest placement of this chair, but I thought surely me being 5'8" it wouldn't be an issue. WRONG. The headrest sits SO low that it pushes on your shoulders and makes your back hurt. The "lumbar support" can barely be felt. After ten minutes in this chair I started searching for a replacement. Couldn't even give it the whole day to try.Also this thing is cheap. Felt cheap from the start. The mesh is scratchy. The seat of the chair is very unstable. The lever to adjust chair height is very wobbly/difficult to engage, and the chair BARELY leans back.Assembly wasn't easy. I've assembled a handful of chairs in my time but this one was the most annoying.Thankfully I can return this.

This chair is great value for the $69.99 I paid for it. It's not too heavy. Very stable. It's comfortable. The mesh back breathes very well. The arms and seat are made of a padded mesh and doesn't get overly hot. The construction of the material seems fine, as I've had nothing fall apart, fray, rip, or break on it yet. The wheels roll easily, and seem to be the same type that were on my chair I bought at Staples a few years ago for over $150. (Because they seemed the same, I kept my old wheels, in case one of these new ones breaks. They haven't so far)The one complaint I have about this chair is that as a high back chair, the headrest does not go up high enough. I'm 6'0. And sitting with proper posture, the headrest goes up to about my shoulder/neck area. In order to use the headrest for my head, I have to slouch in my chair a bit.Other than that, you can adjust the height of the chair easily. The arm rests are at a comfortable height. You can lock this chair so that there isn't much rocking to it, or make it so that you can recline in it a bit.

Having several spinal issues, I looked for many months to find what I thought would be the perfect chair for me. It's not the least soft or comfortable, nor is the lumbar support adjustable. The description lead me to believe this was a larger than average size chair, for us bigger folk, and yet I can't sit for more than a few minutes without extreme discomfort and a spike in the chronic back pain I live with constantly. And being mostly sedentary, I needs must have a chair that is extra wide and deep, FULLY adjustable, with a lot of cushioning. There is nothing technically wrong with the chair. Its simply the exact opposite of what I need, and I'm a more than a little frustrated because I don't have the money to return it, but now must find money to buy an entirely new chair, and all because the 'advertising' implied that it was made to accommodate big and/or mobility challenged people. I'm sure this is the absolute perfect chair for someone. Just not for me. And because of the deceptive descriptions, I shan't be buying from Furmax again.

I like the chair but I am 6feet and I found the back up to the headrest is a little low about 1 to 2 inches. Easy to assemble one side of the chair was a little off but, an adjustment was made and it assembled. The great thing is that the arm rest folds back out of the way. I have a small office and it works great! I wish it leaned back further.

the ergonomic back support is excellent and the mesh ventilation on the back is well suited for extended sitting in the chair. Very good value for the money.
