I like the quality of this mat it’s very thick as you can see which is perfect for me plus it comes with an extra small mat for your knees which is the same thickness. If you don’t like the feeling of a hard floor like me then this is the one for you the cushion is very soft and comfortable.

Great mat, comfortable and thick padding. The mat is durable and feels like it’s made with quality materials. It has been easy to clean any sweat off after a workout. Also easy to roll back up and store. I like the green color and highly recommend.

This is a nice mat. Is it the best mat out there? Probably not, but hey, am I the best human out there? Close, but no cigar. But I'm a pretty good human and this is a pretty good mat, especially for the price.What I like about this mat is that it's very soft, fairly resilient and easy to clean. It means my neighbor in the apartment below me isn't hearing me workout while she's below me watching TV or working or whatever it is she does down there. (I'm writing this review during a pandemic, so that tidbit matters a little - more importantly - what does she even do down there?!)The knee pad is a nice touch. I like it WAY better than that weird knee pad impersonator my ab roller came with, so I've been using that. Now, I have a decent knee pad, an ab roller and exactly one ab. It's the world's okayest winning combo.Why does it get a four stars instead of five? Well, this little guy loves an imprint. It had a bit of something imprinted on it straight from the factory and if the straps are wound too tightly, they leave an imprint too. Does that make it any less functional, people? NO. Does this foam have a memory? Too soon to tell, but between you and me, it might be memory foam...It also grips pretty well, but it does have enough of a tendency to get off track on a wooden floor that I have to reposition it every so often. That said, I've not slid once while on it, and that's pretty helpful because I've never been a good surfer.I think this is the start of something great. I might even end up with two abs. Here's to hoping!

I am not an expert on yoga mats since this is the first one I purchased. I find it fantastic. It is LONG, about 1 inch thick and comfortable to stand on. Further, it appears to be non-slipping and sticks to the floor. The carry straps are high quality and easy to take off and to attach to the rolled up mat when you’re done. Highly recommend this man.

This mat is thicker than our previous mat and it is nice and soft. It will make stretching on the hard floors so much nicer. The extra kneeling mat is a bonus. the price is spectacular and it shipped fairly quick.

The mat is a good size and has a soft feel to it. It’s good to use for Pilates or other mat exercises. My main complaint is that there’s a chemical smell coming from the mat that didn’t go away even after days of airing it out.
