I was impressed with the quality of the product. I mounted it on my catrike and went for a ride. My 35 pound Shiba Inu mix first ran so he was pulling forward then later tried to stop to look at something. The result was scratched paint on my very expensive trike. I may try mounting it on a bicycle this summer. If your dog may pull or try to stop suddenly it may not me safe. The bungee is a good idea, but, I don't think it is strong enough. I also like the idea of being able to detach it to use as a leash.

It was fairly easy to install and has worked to keep my dogs next to me but its awkward and sticks out far when storing my bike. Plus makes it difficult to store with many other bikes bc it sticks out several feet.But it's getting the job done and I've been able to run with my smaller dogs and they do well on it.

I used this for less than 2 minutes and it had worn through to the rubber bands under the cording.

I use this daily to exercise my Great Dane. And me.This one is sturdy, excellent quality. She go used to it very quickly.I do suggest using a no pull head collar such as Gentle Leader if you have a big powerful dog.Bunnies happen.

I have a 4mth old Great Dane 80lbs and this is great. I see there are bad reviews. I think its all about training. He walks great on leash and does great on bike. If u have an excited pup who pulls this prolly wont work. Its a bungee cord not paracord but I'm sure u can change that. All in all for the money its working great.

This dog leash is exactly as described. It also feels sturdy and does not move around or get loose on the bike seat stem. I have had no problems with the leash part breaking, and I have been using it almost daily. My dog is only 22lbs, but he does pull on in pretty hard.

Having a shorter leash is great. I used to give the dog too much leash and she'd get in my way. This works very well and my dog took to it immediately.
