Inexpensive and effective!
Very simple and intuitive to use.I just received mine and tested it on both my TV and car USB ports.I was initially concerned the behind-the-TV USB port wouldn't output enough power to get it to work (not enough juice to power my firestick) but it worked just fine. There's a little latency in the connection you'll notice a slight delay from the bluetooth connection when you compare to the television speaker output, but it's hardly noticable if you stick to just bluetooth output.I mainly bought it for my car as i have a 3.5mm aux input but no working bluetooth for media; until now. It works perfectly. It's simple and to the point with a low profile. Also it's a very minimal interface (a single light will appear either red or blue depending if it's recieving a sound via bluetooth outputting to 3.5mm speakers - blue or if if it's transmitting a signal from 3.5mm jack to transmit to a bluetooth device like wireless buds or bluetooth speaker).Works for my needs and it's inexpensive but very effective. I'm pretty pleased so far. Ten bucks well spent.

Not for me
Audio quality is bad. Has voice saying it's connected. Audio cable is longer than advertised.

Excellent little adapter
Overall, I am impressed with the sound quality considering how cheap the item was. Connecting can be a bit of a hassle when you start, but once done it connects automatically every time. The only real issue is loss of low frequency performance. You get very little performance lower than 180-200 hz. This could be due to the codec it uses, due to audio compression. It uses the SBC audio codec when connected. Aside from that, it has proven to be very reliable.

Great device if you know some secrets.
This little device allows bluetooth Speakers on any device with a few tricks. First you will need an AC adapter to 5 volt to power this device. You TV requires an earphone jack. That's it. Plug your adapter into an AC. Plug this into the 5 volt power until the led is red. If it is blue remove from power and plug in again. It should now be red. Plug you earphone cable into the earphone jack on your T.V. Turn on wireless speaker and wait for it to connect to TV All done. Do not use usb jack on tv as It may or may not work that way.

Not good experiencnce in my car
I was hopeful to thus product and now U want to find a single mode bluetooth adapter for my car. The annoying thing is that when you re-enter your car and start your engine, it will shift to receiver mode and tbe connection is lost. You have to unplug and plug it before you can get your phone reconnected and you have to operate on your phone to connect again. What is more, there is very loud current noise in the background and it annoys a lot.

Simple, inexpensive, and it just works
I had to fly for business this weekend on Delta. Plugged this into their entertainment system (USB and headphone jack), pressed the button on the back of my Airpods Pro case, it connected in about 15 seconds and worked great on both flights. There is a slight lag in the audio (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) but aside from that I had no complaints.

Great way to connect projector to a wireless soundbar
I wanted a way to connect a small projector to a wireless sound bar to get better sound while watching movies outdoors or to allow people outside to hear sounds when I project Halloween videos out the front window. This worked perfectly for what I wanted. For power it plugs into the USB connector on my projector and the audio output of the projector for sound. It was a little tricky pairing it to the sound bar since neither has a display. I had to turn off all other nearby bluetooth devices so they didn't interfere, but once they paired it worked perfectly.
