good quality and fit ., however I would recommend to those who have the skills , if your ref has a light inside , most do, cut the 4 wires about 3 inches from old motor and and cut from new motor , maybe 6-8 inches from motor and spice into the new motor, this will make installation very easy, but, need to properly splice and seal.

This part didn't have the additional grounding wire like the one removed ended up buying from another vendor
