If I were to do it again, I would’ve only bought this one, since there is a lot of overlap in the information between the two. This felt a lot more achievable, and gave me a lot to reflect on. The paper itself is decent quality and thickness too, I was able to write on it with a gel pen without too much bleeding or shadowing, which was really important to me. Would recommend! Review: Companion or Stand Alone, Don't Miss It - Come As You Are is a must read for all of us - and this workbook is a wonderful companion that gives YOU the space to fill in your own blanks about desire, pleasure and orgasm. If you want a quickie crash course on female sexuality, this book can stand alone as a primer, but you'll soon want to dive into the complete book and benefit from all of the smart science and compassionate stories Nagoski offers. We've been sex educators for over a decade, and Nagoski's books are always at the top of our recommendations. I have bought at least a dozen copies of Come As You Are to give away, and if I knew you I would buy one for you. Since I don't do yourself the favor and order these life changing books!

I bought this with the main book, but I felt like this was way more digestible and helped me a lot more. Helped me so much!!
I read this book and used the workbook alongside each other while in my personal talk therapy sessions (personal development book club anyone?!) for a few weeks. I felt like it was great for me as a woman that suffered molesting at a very young age. Doing this work has helped my intimate relationship with my husband. Thankful for the work I put into myself!

Got this as a gift for a former lover, not sure if she enjoyed it. She was reading the main book so I thought this would be a good addition. She left me. I am not seeing anyone new.
