WOW! Value for the money!
So I needed a new office chair for home use. I was looking at these same chairs directly at the manufacturer's site - they are $300. Then found them here on Amazon. Was the chair PERFECT? No - one small scuff on leather, one cracked piece of plastic that is essentially a decorative piece to cover the side hardware. Otherwise, chair works as designed, very comfortable, and the massage function - while nothing special other than vibration - is a nice touch!

Wonderful chair!
Only problem with the chair is that the arms do this strange turning thing. It may be a pro for some gamers who need that extra movement, but for most I would consider it kind of annoying while gaming. I'm unsure if there's a way to make them stay still, but other than that, everything else about the chair is great! My boyfriend games for hours and is super comfortable in it. He love love loves it! For the price, it's incredible quality!

So far so good
I ordered this chair because I am 6'2" and 300lbs. It arrived as promised and assembly was easy. When I first unpackaged it, I thought the items looked a little flimsy, but once together, they seem to be holding up just fine. Assembly was very easy, instructions were clear (but largely unnecessary). It looks great. The head/neck pillow cannot be adjusted higher than my shoulder blades, so I'm not using it. And I've never used a lumbar support pillow, so that's not on the chair right now either. I did try the chair for a while with both, but as expected, they do not fit me. Without them, the chair is perfectly comfy and fits even my large frame fine.I will add more once I've had this chair a while.

Highly recommended to anyone who can read
Before I actually talk about the chair I have something I need to say: read the directions. One thing, written in large lettering, that the directions tell you is that it recommends two people for assembly. I didn't read that part so it took a bit of effort and time for me. Alright, now for the review. So, first off, it is very comfortable. The chair is slightly small for me, so the head pillow is a bit lower than I would like, although it fits nicely when the chair is angled. I am 5'9'' in case you were wondering. I found the padding to be precisely what I wanted, prividing plenty of support both behind and below me. The chair itself had many metal parts which adds to the weight and overall strength, which is nice. Another detail that I quite liked was the thread-locking compound that was pre-applied to every screw which made assembly slightly tougher but will improve the lifespan of the chair greatly. The mechanism that holds the back in place is made of metal, but has plastic over it to make it look better, so the chair is actually better than it looks in the photos. The armrests, however, are quite odd. Their adjustable mechanism is quite good and very strong, but there is one feature that I wasn't expecting that I found very weird. The armrests have the ability to twist. Each armrest can be in three angles, which is interesting but I would have prefered this feature to not be the case. While the three angles all feel comfortable to me in different scenarios, the tops have a tendency to wobble. It's not a significant issue, certainly not worth removing a star, and is actually how I found the twist function, but it would be worth exchanging the twist function for sturdy armwrests in my opinion. The armrests do not wobble vertically, however, so at least there are no issues from the vertical adjustability.Overall, it is a great product that I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a racing-style chair with a budget of $150 or lower.

Good chair for the price. However, chair wobbles a bit.
The chair wobbles a bit which is annoying when playing games which require high precision. Even though this chair is priced lower then most gaming chairs, I think that chairs that are $150+ should not wobble at all. I would expect cheaper materials given the price but I think the basics of a chair should be pretty much problem free.Overall I think the chair is good for the price, but if you're a gamer and looking to invest it might be wise to invest a little more and get a better overall chair. I can see myself replacing this after a year.

Great chair for the price
Needed a new office chair since I'm going to be working from home for the foreseeable future. This has great back support and has a firm seat cushion so you do not start to sink after sitting for long periods. Easy to assemble (less than 45 min after unpacking everything. Only critique is it is difficult to tilt the seat backwards even after loosening the knob under the seat. Definitely worth the price.

So disappointing. Not for taller people.
I'm so disappointed. I thought I finally found a chair where the armrest would actually work as an armrest but the highest setting is just normal for compared to other chairs. I'm only 5'11" so I'm not really that tall and the seat only meets half of my thighs when sitting so it makes it extremely uncomfortable. Sad and disappointed.

very confortable
I have been sitting in this chair for 5-6 hours a day for the past month and the cushion is very comfortable I didnt like the headrest pillow however the lower back pillow is really comfortable after 2-3 days of use and after it molds to your back
