I've been buying these off and on for decades. I've tried all of them and all them are delicious! These little meat sticks are how pepperoni sticks should be! A little drier and snappy versus limp and wet like a cocktail sausage. Nice crunch, unique flavor, not quite like a pepperoni stick but also not like a summer sausage or dried salami ... something in between. Only wish they were more affordable, even when on sale. Bag is pretty small and I can easily inhale one in a matter of minutes, one of those rare treats I guess. Soo good.

The Creminelli Original Salami Minis are absolutely delicious. I have bought them over and over again. The texture is perfect, with a slight pop or crunch when you bite into them—not too hard and not too soft. The quality is very high, made with great ingredients that don’t taste processed at all. While I wish there was more because I love them so much, I think the portion size is fair for the price considering the quality. Highly recommended for any salami lover.

I get these every time we go to the grocery. The flavor is very good, not too salty. It comes with seven mini sticks. Only wish they had less chunks of fat and more quantity, I can eat these in one sitting!

Update: Kudos to Creminelli for taking care of a mess-up. Apparently they had a batch go out that molded in transit. They made it right with me promptly. And their meats are a stand alone quality that does not exist anywhere else. They replaced the original order with another flavor in a bonus sized amount.The minis are perfectly sized and packaged for snacking at work, or to take along for any activities. The flavor profile is exceptionally good. You will notice many of the complaints that they are too hard also compliment the flavor in their review. So what about the texture? It is what one should expect of a dry-aged salami. Occasionally you will find a package with higher moisture content--they are easier to chew, but do NOT taste as good. The dry-aged texture is PERFECT and I hope they never soften them up to accommodate those complaints--Hilshire farms has all kinds of soft salami for those who prefer it that way.

I love these but they are often out of stock on Amazon. I finally got an order filled and 4/5 bags were full - FULL - of nasty brown mold. I know sausage gets mold to keep it from growing bad mold and I know that it can vary a bit in color but there was more mold than sausage in these bags. No way was I even going to open the 5th bag. They all went straight in the trash and I gave up on them. Will have to keep an eye out at the grocery store.

If you like cured meats this is your new BFF. Lower sodium and cholesterol than most cured meats. No nitrates- just so much yum. Stock up when they are on sale because they have gotten so pricey. We save them for special treats. Parm variety is my favorite.
