I had this camera for about a month and was happy with it for about a week. First, you must know that it does not come with SD card, but that shouldn't surprise you. What did get me was that I went and bought a top of the line 64 GB card and the camera would not recognize it. I formatted it on my computer and tried to format it on the camera but no go. The company sent directions on how to format it, but they didn't work either. Luckily, I had a 32 GB card in my phone so I used that (the 64GB worked fine in my phone BTW). Routing the cord was pretty easy, although you should know that the cord does not disconnect from the charger. Other cameras I have used have USB connection on the charger which makes it easy to disconnect. Not huge, but if you use your cigarette lighter for charging other devices, you will have to buy a splitter. Placing the suction cup on the windshield was easy and it seemed like a secure fit until the next morning when I got in the car and the camera was laying on the dashboard. This has been an ongoing issue. Sometimes it holds for a few days before it drops. The biggest issue is that this camera DOES NOT LIKE HEAT. Anything above 95 degrees and the picture goes gray. I live in the south so it's above 95 quite a bit. After you cool the temperature down in the car, you can reset the camera an the picture will come back but that takes a while and you'll usually be getting out of the car by the time that happens. Overall, if you live in a reasonable climate, I don't think you'll be too disappointed with this camera. I think the cigarette lighter issue may irritate you though. Features are pretty good and as I said, the picture quality is good. If you live in a hotbox area though, spend your money elsewhere.

Even before the product arrived, I received an email from "Oiiee" asking me to be in touch with them if I encountered any issues, had questions or other feedback.I did experienced a problem trying to use a 128Gb SD card in this device...and immediately replied to their email with my issue.Within hours, they replied that they were going to purchase an identical product (SD card) as mine and troubleshoot.The next day, I received detailed advice on what the issue was and precise steps to overcome it. Those steps were clear and did resolve the problem.I was blown away by the personal attention that they gave me.The manual for the camera itself, which is pretty basic could use a little refining and better organization and examples. When I told them this, they said that they would work on that too....and I actually believe that they will.

I'm very impressed with this camera so far, everything from the packaging to the build quality is amazing, I like the compact design with a proper screen to playback.Installation was simple and it took about 20mins to route and hide the wires and GPS sensor, no messy wires exposed in the car The dash-cam turns on automatically when the car is started and begins recording video right away, super quick start within 3 seconds. In case of an emergency event, the camera automatically takes an emergency video and saves it as a locked files due to G-sensor function, that was very useful when unexpected emergency happens, except for that, the loop recording, audio record, motion detection and so on, there are more useful functions for me to know, and I love these.One thing need to be mentioned is the pictures and videos are very clear from every frame, I check the video files from last week, it shows everything clearly around my car, real 170 degree angle covers 4 traffic lanes, I would like to say this unit meet all my requirements for a dash camera.

The video quality is rather exceptional for the cost. I bought this in order to capture the beautiful scenery along the way to Bermuda beach with my family, and it did a excellent job, the video quality is superb on the daylight, I can’t help showing it off to my friends, and they are attracted by the amazing scenery in the video, what’s more, they feel unbelievable that these videos are taken by a dash camera, it seems from a professional camera, I think this may be the best part that I love, one thing need to mention is that you may need to buy a good memory card for better storage, otherwise you will always upset with the storage problems.This is a product for you if your expectation is to record some nice scenery while driving, I feel lucky that I did this purchase and will recommend it to my friends who like self-driving travel.

i was very shocked by the recent news about the car accident , My friend shared her experoence of a car accident when i chatted with her about this news 。 she told me that she was recording video in the car to avoid huge compensation. repeatedly reminded me to install a recorder in the car to protect my property .i finally chose this GPS-ENABLE DASH CAM . SINCE this is my first recorder , i read the user manual in detailed , which is more detail than the other product manuals i have seen before. So far , i completed the settings with the advice from user manual , and it works well . easy to install . i will try to set different menu parameters , observe the effects, and share most of my experience

This camera worked perfectly fine for 3 weeks I really like the camera but after that keep shutting off on me every like 30 sec I tried everything to the company who made it I email the company never got any response back

Great camera, quality to value has exceeded my expectations! The software they send you is so nice the gps and mph all shown with the video it even gives you longitude and latitude. I read thru a lot of reviews and went with this one for my replacement to an older model the suction works great which was my only concern and it has been stuck to my window for weeks now.

I used this dash cam for a few weeks with formatting problems, errors, freezing and just overall clunky operation. Then one day it just died. Nothing I can do to get it to do anything. Not in the car, not plugged into the computer... burn your money before buying this.
