Good, RGB, RAM
Seems my ROG doesnt like the XMP profile, but I dont need serious speed RAM for the game(s) I play. Still worth it tho.

Not compatible with older viper kits
I bought the same kit as this a few year ago and decided to try for 4x sticks, the ram decals were upside down, the timings were different even though they were same kit number and 0% stable, wouldn't post even with DOCP disabled either... maybe they cheaper out I dunno but the kit I had years ago ran at 3800mhz oc with just a voltage increase

Simply doesn't work at advertised speeds!
So, what's good about this memory. It's cheap, it has RGB lighting (which doesn't stay in sync with anything as far as I can tell) - and that's about it.What's bad. It's cheap, the RGB lighting is hit and miss, but most crucially of all, it simply doesn't work at the advertised speed of 4133MHz.On first installation it boots fine, running at the standard speed of 2133MHz - my motherboard correctly identified the XMP speed and settings of 4133MHz, but on switching to that, the system simply refuses to boot - not even to the BIOS screen. It required a CMOS reset to get the system running again.Plenty of power available, using a 1050w power supply, so that's not the issue. It just seems that the quality control isn't up to snuff. I see I'm not alone in having this problem.Sent it back to Amazon for a refund, and replaced with Corsair Vengeance, which I've used before. (Actually cheaper direct than here on Amazon - as long as you can wait a few days for shipping from Taiwan). System now runs perfectly.

Absolutely awesome
Absolutely awesome and running at full speed so don’t let people who don’t know how to setup memory timing and oc put yous off my benchmark went up 90% from running Corsair vengeance so I’m very impressed with this memory in every single way possible the timings can be massively improved and very stable
