Perfect Device for Fall Safety in Casement Windows
I love this device. It is hidden when closed. It automatically re-engages itself. It is super easy to install. It meets the code requirement for fall safety with being able to meet fire safety requirements. If you have that need, then this is the perfect device for you.

Quirky, tough install, but they look good
Great seller experience. Installation instructions are really non intuitive, spending much more time on legal advice/cautions with tons of text and few pictures, and even a contractor said installation was a major pain. Price is high for what you get. But there aren’t many options in this space and you can’t see them when they are installed…so I would buy them again! Take a lot of time to go through all steps before drilling holes.
