I bought these mainly as a replacement for my old one. This one came in a pack of 3 and the workout I typically do calls for medium and hard strength. When I first received them they actually felt a lot more resistant than I thought that I actually opted to use the light one just in case. I have to say these are very well built and seem pretty durable. They stay in place through my 30 min workout which is great so I don't have to continuously keep stopping to pull them back in place. They came in a nicely packaged and can are extremely easy to travel with which is a huge plus for me. This along with my jump rope is a necessary. Very much recommended.

Had used nylon/plastic bands before which bunched up and didn’t stay in place. Had ordered these as an alternative and they are great! The blue band is perfect moderate resistance for my glute workouts and stays in place for all movements. Highly recommend!

They are perfect for thigh and butt exercises! I was so sick of chasing around the thin rubber ones that only like to roll up and make your workout even more uncomfortable. These stay in place and hold their resistance.

I've had issues with other bands where they would roll up and not offer any resistance. These bands are comfortable and do not become a rolled mess. I would definitely buy again!

I was looking for these kinds of resistance bands im pleased with what I received. the bag seems too small but it can fit the three bands just fine. The resistance matches the description, I cant wait to use these in my workouts:)

First of all NOWHERE on these bands does it state what resistance they are. They’re just plain colored, no markings to say, “light, medium, or heavy”. and secondly, they come with this tiny bag that fits ONE band, instead of all 3. Worst purchase on amazon in a while.
