So flexible and comfortable
I’ve had a set of these for about 4 years, and just bought another set this week.I have a wildly painful rare disease and often need to ice things for pain control. These ice packs take a while to fully freeze (about 2 hours) and the cold lasts about 20-30 minutes. They are so soft and flexible you can use them on sensitive painful areas and they will form to the area without hurting it more.The new set I bought off of this listing was even higher quality than the set I bought years ago.I highly recommend these.

Best purchase of my life
This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Being able to strap the ice pack to any part of the body is incredibly valuable. I can wrap the elastic around multiple times for compression + icing. Can't recommend enough. When one bag is warming up, throw the other one in.

These are good to have in the house my husband’s job is physical so sometimes it comes home a little aches and pains, and these ice packs work

Convenient Ice pack kit that is especially great for knees
Actual rating = 4.5 stars for this very helpful ice pack ensemble. I'm a senior citizen whose knees have just about had it. They are bone on bone and they often swell and cause pain that interferes with my ability to climb steps or walk long distances. I started using these packs and although they will not cure my problem, they do calm the inflammation caused by the swelling. Sliding the actual gel pack into the sleeve is very easy and the velcro fasteners keep the device in place even when I'm walking around the house. My only complaint is that the gel doesn't stay frozen for as long as I'd like. The gel does take a while to refreeze so keep this in mind. Please be advised that this pack is designed to be wrapped around something like a thigh, knee, elbow, or foot. I would think it could be draped around your neck or shoulder as well, but the sides are not long enough to wrap the device around your back. Highly recommended!

Great buy I broke my foot and to put ice on my foot wad beer than a bag of ice.

I love the versatility of the strap.
Awesome! I really like having the gel pack with the Velcro strap. I don’t have to sit for 20 minutes and hold a gel pack to my shoulder. The size is perfect-even for lower back pain.
