Amazing customer service. Very cute first bike!

I purchased this as a christmas gift for my son for christmas.... unfortunatly th clamp was too small so i panicked christmas eve and messaged late evening on instagram and got a reply almost instantly thry gave me pointers how to get it on and that they would send a new one in the post asap, i followed the suggestions and did manage to get it on with my fathers help and only a few days after christmas received a new clamp that fitted perfectly and also a very cute little toy bike. Honestly customer service 5* and the bike is just super cute, my son is 18 months in 4 days and has taken him a weeks to warm up to it but suddenly obsessed with it since yesterday and can walk accross the room now but very wobbly but hes very proud of himself, it really does show you how mich it actually helps them with balance. I also have two nephews that are a year older than my son that have also been playing with it.

Great little starter bike!

Excellent customer service, arrived on time, slightly difficult to fit the handle bar in, but managed eventually, looks so cute.... our grandson has had his first sit... but at just 18 months, he's a little cautious, but we can imagine he will be flying along in no time at all.... really sturdy and good little starter bike!

Fab product, great service.

2nd bike purchased from Strider. Great product as always and the usual excellent customer service. Had a slight issue with order and received a personal call from Strider UK with the perfect outcome. Highly recommend the bike and the company.

A really great bike but I wish the saddle went up a little bit further so that we could use it for a bit longer.

A great start!

I’ve waited a while to review! My son got this aged 1.5 years and loved it. Lightweight, easy for young kids to manoeuvre and learn balance. My son was whizzing around on this in no time, and progressed straight to a pedal bike age 3. He was peddling within a week, no stabilisers needed, I’m sure because he started on one of these!

Arrived next day , bike perfect size for starting out for my 22 month old boy! He took to it so quickly, within the day of receiving it he was already able to sit on the seat and get about with it! Im Very happy with purchase,,

Strider bike classic

Seems a wonderful start for a child. Bought for my granddaughter after watching other young children having fun. Great for giving them a sense of achievement rather than the frustration they feel attempting a bike early on.
