Hard work but it pays off.
So tried this and I will approve the purchase but let me warn you that this diet is not for the undisciplined. It makes you go on a raw fruit and veggie diet and the number of pills you take daily (15) is a lot. But after all is said and done I lost 7 pounds in ten days, I saw and felt the weight and waste just come off. I found after I had less cravings for bad foods and had more energy and just felt lighter and less bloated. I would recommend and do it again if needed

It's worth the money!
I fully committed to this cleanse. I prepared myself by shopping for all the necessary fruits, vegetables, spices, and nuts I needed. Day 1 is intense and almost feels impossible. But day 2... I felt great, energized, and no cravings. I weighed myself the day after I completed the cleanse and I am down 14lbs. I cannot believe it. I will eat more raw foods from now on and I will be doing this cleanse 3-4 times a year.

I did the 10 day detox and lost 10 pounds in 10 days. I did cheat a tiny bit, I sprinkled a tiny bit of cheese on my salad and I did break down and eat some meat on day 3, but I still managed to lose 10 in 10. I've ordered the Weight Release program but not sure why I could not get it from Amazon. Ordering from the actual Dherbs site seems to take a little longer to get. But I'm happy with it and highly recommend it, it's not that hard to follow.

I completely recommend this Dherbs 10 Day Full Body Cleanse for cleaning the body out, it worked for me. It was not to long and the 10 days of salads, fruits and raw nuts was not so bad, I thought I could not keep up with the process but it became very easy, I truly will do it again in the near future. I'm trying to keep up with having salads at less three to four times a week. Try It!! It Works!!

This is awesome!! You really have to stick with this. It is really strict but it so worth it! I lost 6 lbs within the first 3 days!!! I reordered it so I can start another cleanse in a few months!
