Tasty!
This specific product was recommended in a recipe I was making. They said it was very authentic in flavor. I have to agree, my yellow curry turned out fabulous, thanks to this paste I’m sure. I just used a small amount, and I likely won’t make the recipe again anytime soon, so there’s a lot left over. I put it in the freezer until next time, hoping it will keep for a while.

Good stuff
Just used this tonight to make some Yellow Thai Curry and it was so good. I sautéed it with some coconut oil, fenugreek, ginger powder and Better Than Bouillon Chicken paste, then the solid parts of Coconut Milk or Cream. Added the rest of the milk/cream, threw in some diced white or red potato, sliced carrot and chunked onion until tender and then threw in thinly sliced chicken for the win. Added fish sauce, brown sugar and lime juice at the end. It was so freaking good!

Pretty darn good curry!
Very nice! Authentic flavor, a bit of heat, but not over the top...just right! Easy to use in any good curry recipe. HINT: large package, can put into tablespoon size chunks and freeze!
