High quality product, easy assembly
Extremely happy with the purchase of this gaming chair. High quality and easy to assemble, pleased with my choice of chair in camo and so comfortable with adjusting lower back support, chair height and arm rests.

Check everything before assembly
Great looking chair unfortunately the armrest has a large crack in it so not very good quality. Had already built the chair so too much hassle to un assemble or would have returned this Christmas present

Very comfortable
Item arrived very quickly, well packaged and as described. My son is a gamer and I bought this for his birthday, he assembled it himself and said he didn’t have any problems. He absolutely loves it and says it it really comfortable

My son is 6' 2" the neck cushion is awkward and has to be pulled up to reach the bottom of the neck .. which is a bit of a problem... otherwise comfy

Cheap materials
After not even a year of use one of the wheels broke. When I fixed it the one next to it broke the next day. Not built to last.

Should have got one years ago
Good looking chair (cam colour) , easy to assemble. Teenage son loves it.

Great but squeaky
Very comfy, reclines all the way back which is awesome and the lumbar support is awesome. However it does squeak a fair bit. Not sure if this is because I didn't put the arms on the chair as they get in the way for me. Not too much of an issue though.

Poltrona arrivata nei tempi promessi, Esteticamente è molto bella, fortunatamente non presenta nessun difetto dovuto al trasporto, l'imballo era solo quello di fabbrica.Poltrona gaming dii facile montaggio, personalmente io in meno di 30 minuti l'avevo pronta all'uso ;) , suggerisco di sostituire le ruote, in quanto sono tutte in plastica e non sono il massimo, ma nel complesso una buona poltrona. Seduta comoda e cuscino lombare da svuotare leggermente perché come originale da fastidio anziché dare sollievo.

Buena silla y buena atención al cliente
Recibí la silla dentro del timming previsto. Fácil de montar aunque se necesita un rato. Tenia que haber 5 embellecedores en las patas y solo había 4. Envié un email al servicio de atención al cliente y me contestaron que me enviaban el que faltaba. Lo recibí en 3 días.La silla es cómoda y tiene muy buenos acabados. Tenia miedo que fuera mas sencilla. Ha sido una buena compra.
