I have bought and listened to many of Louise tapes and cds and after awhile found one I really,really like.At first I didn't read any of Louise's books or listen to any of her tapes and cds I felt like I didn't need her stuff.Her products focus on loving yourself more and there are many people in the world who needs it.I felt that I loved myself enough.I saw this cd on Amazon and the tittle of it really soke to me and decided to give it a shot and so I did and loved it.This cd has meditations that do help you love yourself,but it also helps you clear away things from your past starting from the time you were born which I really like about this cd.You aren't focusing on the now when you listen to the first meditation anyway.The second meditation focuses on the now and how you deserve to have good things in your life a vry motivating cd.This cd has meditations on it that people will really need to take the time to sit down and listen to it because it is very in depth.It seems like it a great cd that will be able to help me let go of any childhood issues that maybe effecting me now.This cd is one of many Louise Hay cds that I am willing to keep.I also lent it to my mom and friend Shelly and they both like it and thinking about buying it for my friend Jason as well.

Since 1988, I have listened to Louise Hay and bought her books. This particular CD is one of Louise Hay's best work ever! This is a short CD only about 30 minutes (great to listen to in the morning before starting the day or on a break at work). This is a very soothing CD The sound quality is excellent and the message truly inspired me to think about:1) How to love yourself and how to accept yourself. (Part One)2) How to forgive yourself and others. (Part Two)This CD I will listen to often because it has caused me to realize just how important it is to love yourself and forgive yourself for past mistakes and to forgive others. It it true freedom to do thse things! I highly recommend this to anyone in need of making a positive change to your life! It really works!

EXCELLENT!!!!I have loved Louise Hay since year 2000 when I first heard her other cd's and work books! She has many fabulous programs to help anyone overcome hope...past pain in the heart...and how to move on and love yourself!!!! I have her daily gorgeous artistic and bright cards for motivation I change every day and also I do her work books! She is awesome!!!I have had much pain in my past and I listen to this in head phones every night before sleeping and I started feeling better about myself and the past on the 2nd night!!!! YES! :))I WILL CONTINUE TO HEAR THIS 1 EVERY NIGHT UNTIL I AM COMPLETLEY WELL! I AM ON MY WAY!!!!I SUFFER FROM BI-POLAR AND POST TRAUMATIC STRESS. THIS IS HELPING ME & I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS AND ALL OF HER OTHER PROGRAMS RIGHT HERE ON AMAZON! CHECK THEM ALL OUT! EXCELLENT!!!!! :D

I was at a group Dec 11 where this CD was used. When done and the lights raised at least half present had tears in thier eyes. It is a powerful excercise in letting go, forgiving the past and meeting the future. Louise Hays CD's and tapes have been helping people for almost two decades. They are the best of the best. If you can buy only one, start with " You can heal your life" ( The book that made her famous and helped millions.) Most likely if you are like the rest of us, you will soon therafter want to own her CD's and tapes. Don't hesitate to buy her products. You are worth it!

It's okay, not great. Louise Hay did a beautiful tape years ago about loving the inner child that is excellent. Was hoping this was a newer format of that very-well-done-one. Not so much.

I really enjoy this a lot, I listen to it from my MP3 player before retiring, sometimes I listen while sleeping, waking occasionally. I don't know if what is said will stick with me, so it's not unusual for me to listen to it repeatedly, I don't get bored. Almost everyone suffers from self-doubt and even self-hate (we are only human you know), so give yourself a break by listening to these words words and helpful self-love. This type of message is also known as "guided meditation." Close your eyes, parts of the body are told to relax, then the message begins, soothing and compassionate.

Great meditation for healing your inner child. It is a simple meditation and easy to do. I found it helpful.

I love Louise Hay! At first I was taken aback by the voice she used during the first part of the CD. It almost seems a little hokey. But I gave it another chance and the next thing you know it's working! If you are holding onto guilt and self-judgement, then this is the CD for you. I am a big one for that. I feel refreshed after listening to this CD and releasing some of that judgement and embracing the real "me". It's very effective. I will be using it again and again. You really can't go wrong with anything she does! Namaste'....

I love this CD. I heard it only once and liked it. After a few days i noticed that Louise said to hear it 2-3 times continously. I had time to listen to it two times continously.I love this meditation. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone genuinely interested in forgiving and letting go and be at peace with themselves.I had a lot of baggage and within few days I am able to feel lighter.
