Cute mid-century design with great sound
Cute mid-century design. I did change the wood color to match my furniture so my pics have ebony wood, but it looks amazing with the blond wood too (which is what I bought and stained. Amazingly good sound and a great discounted price made me very happy with this item.

Must Use Battery and USB
The sound from the speaker is fantastic. Unfortunately, the clock and speaker are powered separately. You must have a battery to operate the clock/alarm (not good if it dies). The USB charger only works for the speaker portion of the item.

I Love This Retro Speaker.
It works great and looks fantastic. The device paired up with my phone right away, then my Mother and I listened to an old episode of the Jack Benny show, recreating a ritual that might have happened when an original clock radio such as this was manufactured. The speaker may be small but it sounded great to me and was plenty loud enough. Also with a six hour playback time on the battery, it’s super easy to pick up the device and move it around. I highly recommend!

Good clock for the money.
Nice retro clock, keeps good time, sound is pretty good from the small speaker. I wish the clock itself would light up at night.

Cute and retro but no light-up clock display
This is a great little clock radio but it doesn’t light up in the dark. If you need to see the clock in your Bedroom you’ll need a flashlight... otherwise very cute and great value!

Little but powerful
I LOVE this little speaker! It’s so darn cute but most important it’s really loud! The sound quality is great too. I will be buying another 2 to keep in different rooms of my house.

Disappointed
I ended up returning it. I kept getting a weird “busy signal “ interrupting my music at regular intervals. Sad, because it was such a cute radio. Also, it didn’t play very loud.

Cute!
This alarm-speaker could not be cuter. With its wood case it is very attractive with my antique furniture. The sound was pretty amazing for such a tiny thing. I agree with one reviewer that a lighted dial would be a good addition. I disagree with the reviewer who thought the clock should not run on a separate battery: I would not want the clock to stop every time the speaker needs to be recharged. The blue tooth connection was without a glitch.
