Decent Tongs for the money
They're pretty decent tong for the money. The first pair didn't last long. However, Amazon was good about replacing them.

Can go from kitchen to table!
I love these. They have a nice "locking mechanism" so that they're easy to store, plus they look nice while also being practical so that you can use them to toss a salad in the kitchen and then feel good about bringing them to the table for serving.

Great at first, but locking tip/lug and spring doesn't seem durable...other better buys out there.
Overall this was a great pair of tongs due to the locking feature to store them compactly. It lasted about 3 1/2 years of regular home kitchen use, including the dishwasher before the black locking tip/lug broke and it woudln't lock closed anymore (just as one user experienced after dropping it)...but we still kept using it here and there...until another 6 months later and hte spring broke and it won't open either. Given that there are other tongs out there, much nicer modern deisgns for less...this one goes to the metal recycling bin.

Best Tongs ever.
I received a pair of these tongs as a gift a few years ago, and have been trying to find more since. The twist lock it a really nice feature and over all a well made product.

Short lived life
I bought these tongs at the same time as the rosle 9" tongs (which are amazing). The cuispro tongs are no longer around. The first time they were dropped, the black plastic locking mechanism broke off. The second time they hit the floor, they were finiched. Stuff happens at work, things fall off the counter top, People drop untensils, it just happens. Thes tongs arent sturdy, and arent meant for a commercial kitchen. Go with the 9" rosle tongs.

Does not lock closed - defective design
These are thicker metal and appear to be heavy duty construction BUT...the twist to lock closed design just does not work. The mechanism is plastic and just does not lock or stay lock since almost the first day of use. So it is just too cumbersome to store in a drawer. And what's up with it not being dishwasher safe. $30 for tongs and they gotta be hand washed? Get outta here!

Well made product that should double as a hammer

Great tongs, super sturdy and well made.
As a former chef and avid cook, I seriously think these are some of the best tongs made. They are supremely sturdy, solid steel. Easy to pick up a tray of bacon or what have you with one hand. Smooth and comfortable, but grippy enough not to slip either with food in the jaws or in your hand, without the serrated jaws on some other tongs. The locking mechanism is effective, and the last pair I owned lasted two years.

5 Stars - Excellent Tongs in all ways
These are the best tongs ever. The Stainless Steel is solid, with a quality finish. Easy twist closure. Perfect grip and hold. Well worth the price, when you see and feel the quality. Very highly recommended.
