With an inflated tyre, the jack lifted the wheel off the road in 30 seconds flat, so the claim of lifting a car with a flat tyre in 1:45 minutes would be accurate. Once lifted, the raised car felt stable. I have reduced one star because the power cord does not reach the rear wheel if powered from the car battery using the clamps ( I was not comfortable plugging it into my cigarette lighter socket). I removed the insulation on the clamps and soldered 2 metres 2.5 mm wire in lieu of the original wire. If you have a lighter socket in your boot then the wire length will not bother you
