Perfect replacement you can't buy at a parts house.
Install would have been easy but the screws for the power wires were rusty and will round off before they ever come out. I have an arsenal of things to work with so I made some work by cutting them short enough. The part would be perfect if it came with a couple fresh screws. That costed me an extra half hour finding the right threads then making sure they we short enough. Being under the battery just adds to the hassle.

This resistor is pretty common to burn out and cause the low speed cooling fan to not work. Mine looked like a toasted marshmallow on both ends and was cracking from the heat generated by the resistor. This replacement works like a charm, but be prepared to possibly end up putting new electrical eyelets on each of the two wires that connect to it, and sourcing some new machine threaded screws from the local hardware store. Pretty much a guaranteed that the original phillips screws used in your original resistor are rusted/corroded and will strip when trying to remove them. This new resistor does NOT come with new screws.

Good part, no screws
The part was exactly what we needed and was an exact fit. The only downside is it didn't come with the screws.

Cheaply made but works.
Got this to replace the one in a 2010 Chevy Aveo. It solved my radiator cooling fan problem. Does not come with new screws for the connections. My old ones were so rusted I had to cut the wires off and put new connectors on them.
