50% success rate isn't good
Point of note: the tag light comes with the wires connected to a plug-in blade; for a 2000 F250 there are no female receptacles for these, so they required them to be cut off and hard-wired. Had some trouble getting a good connection since the wire gauges are different, but eventually got them tied together. Only gave it 4 stars because I would have liked longer, heavier gauge leads or insert connectors provided.

They do not last as long as advertised.
These lights are definitely bright, but they don't last as long as advertised. They claim to last for 50,000 hours, mine lasted maybe 5,000 hours, if that long (4 years with very little night driving). One of them burnt out completely, which I would prefer if they're going to go out, the other one started flickering off and on rapidly so badly that I disconnected it.
