After last summer's agonizing heat on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I vowed I would never let my son play another baseball game without a cooling tower. Other players had them but I had never heard of it. They are exactly what they claim to be. By soaking the towel in regular tap water and ringing it out, it provides a nice cooling effect when placed around the neck. When it dries out, just do it again, and again, and again! It's amazing the difference it makes. Even when you're sitting in the shade, this can provide relief from a sunburn or other heat exhaustion. I'm not sure why I waited so long to buy this but it was well worth it.

This is a perfect little workout towel to help wipe away your sweat. It's 2 ply, micro fiber (please take a look at the attached picture). Pretty absorbent and you could use the package it came with with the included carabiner and hook it to your gym bag. It dries very quickly.

It is long and light. Color is good. When you not using it and touching it, it feels cold. Well, I go gym, so I always sweat. Try to use it, it work pretty good for my sweat.

First - I love that you get two towels for this price! I also love the convenient carrying case and fasteners to hang on backpacks. We use these at theme parks in the summer when the heat is ridiculous. For a family of four, it's great to have two of these to share. The bag is so nice because you can keep it separate from all your other belongings when not using it. We just pour water from our water bottles on it, or try to find a close restroom. Wring it out and it's ready to cool you off. Very convenient. It does lose the coolness after a bit, but can easily be wet down again and cooled. Also great that it's machine washable!

~BACKGROUND~I coach youth baseball on one of the moms packed a cooling towel for her son for a hot game. It peaked my interest and I checked it out. After finding how cool it was to the touch I wanted to order one for myself for outdoor work.~PROS~- 2 pack- Waterproof carrying pouches- Pouches have carabiners- Very soft- Doesn't feel like a wet towel on you. It's actually comfortable. I guess that's the "breathable".~CONS~None really!~CONCLUSION~I have used these during yard wok on hot days and it makes a huge difference to drop my body temperature. I drape one over my head and one around my neck. I'm very impressed and recommend this to anyone to works up a good sweat.

I purchased this set of cooling towels for both my husband, who's on new medication and gets really hot at night, as well as for my daughter who plays soccer. I ordered the lime green ones, and the color on that side is really bright (the other side is gray). It also came with a carabiner and plastic package for easy travel. They are about scarf size and work well about the head and neck. Once wet, they hold the cool temperature longer than a regular towel would and don't require that they're dripping. We put a damp one in the fridge before going to a soccer game and it was pretty impressive. The cooling technology is on point and only had to be moistened a few times during play.

When I purchased this product I was pretty skeptical. I had seem similar products before and had even tried one or two and they did not get very cool. So I tried these out with little hope for getting cooled off. I was pleasantly surprised at just how cold these towels got. I wet the towels on a hot day from a sink in which the water was basically lukewarm already, wrung out the towel, and started spinning it around and snapping it. Just like magic, the towel dropped a SIGNIFICANT amount of degrees and felt like I had wet it in ice water! That cooling effect was more than enough to get me cooled down and it was so great to be able to just snap the towel a few times and be able to get that cool again. I now use the towel wrapped around my neck and draped inside my shirt when I coach my sons baseball team. No more sunburned neck and im able to stay cool in the blistering sun too!

Literally and functionally.Worked as advertised. This is very similar to the product as show on TV, QVC maybe. But, at a fraction of the cost. Very helpful to cool down during workout or running to be specific. I noticed people in gym typically using the tower from gym which is disgusting. I'd rather bring my own tower.This cooling towel serves me well: small size, easy to pack into the bag, clean and actually cool. I would bring it every time during workout.It's also easy to clean either by hand or just through it into washer.The only thing is the blue is not the blue I was looking for. Wish I got a different color.
