Cheaper than dealer
The color was a little different but not so bad that it looked bad. I also need the latch at the front of the lid and this came with it. Well worth the money, the latch alone from dealer was going to cost more than this whole lid.

Fits perfectly on 2006 VW Beetle
Would have had 5 stars if the color was closer to the color of the interior. It’s a few shades off but still looks way better than the original one did. Installing took about 1 minute.

Good enough replacement for the price
The color is clearly darker than the original beige interior (I have a 2010 VW Beetle) It is a decent replacement, took a minute to put it in so wasn’t difficult. My only complains are the color & the fact that the latch is so easy to open. You have to click the console button underneath the latch to move the console up & down. Just even lightly touching the latch button opens it, so I can see how that will become annoying. Time will tell. Regardless, a good replacement for the price.
