Henkelion Sun Shade Sail Rectangle UV Block for Patio Garden Yard Canopy Store Outdoors - 8x12 feet

The weather has been kind of bad so I haven't been able to use it yet. However, the material is very sturdy and it's a nice size for a small patio. Once I'm able to hang it I'll come back and update the review.

of the 2 i bought one has a line down the center of it where the threading pulled during machining but it was sent out anyways. so one of my coverings has a line down the center of it and doesn't look quite nice. would i recommend it? maybe, i mean it is a sunshade and it does work for that purpose, but aesthetically speaking it isn't 5 stars, nor does it seem the company selling them care about spot checking their merchandise.

I bought this for a small corner of my back yard that has lots of sun. I set this up and it works great. I hung it up with carabiners and take it down when we aren’t using it. I don’t know if it would last through a major wind storm, but it’s a good value for what we were looking for.

I set up the sunshade over my porch so that we could have an area to sit outside in the summer without baking in the Alabama sun. It works perfectly and provides the right amount of shade while still being porous and not getting caught in the wind. I am also really happy with the color as it matches the paint on the outside of our house and our deck.

I put this up in my yard at the beginning of May. It is now mid July and the tabs at the corners that hold the rings have started to just disintegrate. The canvas is made of a recycled plastic type stuff and it has faded a lot so the color is no longer nice. I have tried folding the ends over the rings and using a power gun/staple to hold it for a bit longer. Very disappointed. The size was right, but this is not real canvas. It won't last.

This shade sail is an excellent buy! I'm so glad I took a chance on this one to save money. It's extremely sturdy and looks great. I live in Florida and I swear it makes my porch 20 degrees cooler. When it rains it does sag in the middle, but it lifts back up after the rain stops.

My daughter was always complaining about how hot her bedroom gets. She is the only one with a west facing window. So I decided to try a sun sail. It was easy to install and doesn't look stupid. The difference in her room temperature is mind-boggling! She had two sets of blackout curtains and still her room roasted-- this simple shade has changed her life! I'm shopping for more for the backyard.

The build quality is good and it is easy to install. The material is somewhat similar to that of the privacy fabric I have been using on my back yard fence, which is extremely durable. It is also rain permeable, which is great here in Oregon because it means that I don't have to worry about taking it down during every light rain storm to remove a pool of water like some of the translucent tarps that masquerade as sun shades.
