La Blanca Women's Bandeau One Piece Swimsuit

The fabric and details on this suit are beautiful. If this style usually fits you then you will likely love this. I had hoped this might fit me, it really is lovely in person, but it is too short in the torso, too big in the bottom, not big enough on top, which is pretty normal for me. If it helps anyone else to size this suit, I am 5'7, 150 lbs with an athletic or straight figure and a 36D. I bought a size 12, and while it did technically "fit" it was not flattering at all. There was a little too much fabric on the bottom and not nearly enough on top! The "support" in the bra area was pulling me down, even with the neck strap on. I also felt like the leg was cut higher than this picture would suggest. There is any interesting amount of support in the tummy area that really works and is flattering - you can't see it at all, it's very secretive support. I would strongly recommend this suit for petite women, but not for anyone over 5'4 unless you are very very small on top.

I want to leave a review on this suit because reading others was so helpful. I am in total agreement on the fact that this suit is suited for a short torso, and the shirring around the middle is like magic. Very sliming. I am 5'2", 130 lbs, 36C and size 4 fit me perfectly. I started with 8 and worked my way down - other reviewers who found the top and bottom area to be large were right on. High quality, love the retro look of the suit for those of us who are just past the bikini age!

This swimsuit was okay. I bought my usual size and the torso was a little short on me. I was worried about being really active in this suit because my breasts might have popped out the top. I was also worried that I may never get out of the swimsuit once it was wet. Trying to take it off after just trying it on nearly gave me a panic attack. I have a large booty and 38 DD's and though it didn't feel super tight while on, it was a struggle to get out of.I really wanted to like this suit though because the bra portion is so well made. This suit has so much support. For larger chested girls it would have been better if there was a non-removable and more substantial halter strap. The removable one it comes with is pretty piddly and I think it would pop off with activity.

I have recently put on some weight and am very uncomfortable in my own skin. This bathing suit is really flattering! The shirring, the pattern, everything about it - It all hides the things about which I am insecure. Thanks for making a quality bathing suit that doesn't look like a "mama suit" but also doesn't make me look ridiculous.

I love LaBlanca swimwear. And I was so disappointed in this one. It was too long in the body, but then again I’m short 5’3”, and too big in the bust. Again I am small in the boobs, So if you’re tall and had big boobs this is the suit for you. Beautiful fabric beautiful colors I felt bad that I had to return it.

I was expecting to get this and for it to fit a little snug, seeming as it's a bathing suit and will inevitably get a little bigger in the water. To my pleasant surprise, it fit absolutely perfectly. I don't know how it will end up doing in the water, but for now, it is very comfortable and really flattering! The only reason I would really be concerned is because I bought this as a secondary one-piece bathing suit required for a summer camp at which I work. It has larger cups with regular padding, so if you are slightly larger chested, this will be great for you! Although since I am not one who is so greatly blessed, the halter sting is a great addition. The abdomen area has an extra amount of material sewn on, almost like a belt, that works to conceal any over-dosage of stomach, like I have. It is very concealing, and you couldn't even realize it if you were to put it on for the first time. It makes it more comfortable for sure. Overall and so far, I am extremely happy with my purchase! It looks great, the colors are beautiful and as expected and it will go with virtually any color you put on to go with it, whether it be board shorts, jean shorts, or a nice lace cover-up. Super satisfied so far, that's why it isn't quite 5 stars yet :) *two thumbs up*

this bathing suit is really nice, and is actually affordable. i agree with another reviewer; it is very understated, but very flattering. i am a 38B and 27" waist. i ordered an 8, and it fits fine, if a little big. i know i could have fit in a 6, but i'm getting this swimsuit for the express purpose of lounging on a beach for 8 days straight, and i don't want anything feeling even remotely close to tight. i plan to have lots of daiquiris, shrimp, and margaritas in this thing, and hey, i might need those extra few inches in the waist so i can pack in the food. a gir's gotta think ahead. i highly recommend it. it's very pretty and feels soft and feels like it will last a long time.

This suit is really cute but the top is disproportionately large. I have narrow hips and a large bust but it was still way too loose to provide any support for my chest, even though I would say the bottom seemed true to size. It's good quality, but I'm not sure what body type it would work for.
